My experience 2020 to 2023 has been bad, but after years of trying to work issues out I was finally, with the help of Corvallis friends, able to get hold of the CEO who is working on helping me.

The physician I saw was so overbooked with patients, although she was excellent, she had no time to listen. I've been prescribed the wrong medication twice, waited weeks for lab results to be explained, and there has been something wrong in my chart for a year. This, is in spite of the times I've asked for the information to be changed.

Do not be late. Your appointment will be canceled. That's why I'm not giving 5 stars. For medical care they're thorough and follow through. My doctor, Dr. Stanley, gave me the impression he actually cared about my suffering. That's rare in a doctor these days.

I don't know who it was that drew my blood this morning, but it was the easiest, most comfortable blood draw I have ever had. Girl with short blonde hair, you rock, and I hope that your employers realize what a prize you are. Have a blessed day.

I've had great experiences at the Corvallis Clinic. I've gone to the urgent care clinic (it is busy), specialists, and have my primary care doctor there. Everyone I have interacted with have been friendly and caring. Only once did I have a moderately unfriendly person I dealt with, but even that was pretty good. My primary care physician has empathy and that's hard to come by nowadays. Her assistants are also just as empathetic. I will not go anywhere else. Also, I have seen two specialists and they are also caring and compassionate.

Always pleased with every visit. Great doctors, nurses and technicians. Referrals are always easy.

Unbelievably outdated policies, abhorrent customer service, prejudiced front desk employee in neuro department. She made me cry after drove two hours for an appointment I waited months for. I took off work and drove with my infant son. I was 10 minutes late and she was condescending and patronizing.Covid screener was nice.

The Corvallis clinic has treated us well. They are our preferred medical facility in the whole region. They are very accommodating to us as we are elderly and clearly explain thing s to us with great patience. The views are wonderful and inspiring and make me feel pleasant.Bonus - there is plenty of parking in the front.

Called two months in advance. Said I was paying cash. New patient and check upWas quoted it would be anywhere from 80.00-150.00I get there and pay 160.00Get another bill two weeks late for 172.00They claim I paid a, deposit. I would of never went if I had known it would be almost 400.00just to go over my medical history, get my blood pressure and Wright. Ridiculous, I paid cash. They are Argo that they have no idea what they will charge till after a visit!!!

We will drive to other providers, hours away to avoid Corvallis Clinic in the future. We were misled by doctors about the circumstances under which we could have our baby (my wife was told they would do a v-back). Appointments take way longer then they need to (compared with two other OB/GYN we've worked with before). Dr. Amey Lee is part of a group ofDoctors that does v-backs but refuses to perform them herself, instead pushing patients to do a c-section against their express wishes. We've had issues with their billing department. They've made mistakes they won't correct in order to allow our health insurance (which is pretty good) to cover routine care, and they badger us about paying bills that are in dispute. When dealing with Corvallis Clinic on the phone we've had interactions with extremely rude people in most departments. There are doctors, nurses, and staff we love, but over the cultural seems to allow for a lot of awfulness that's not fun to deal with.
