I have a mixed opinion on my service. The service rep I worked with, Rachael, was 10/10 for sure. She was attentive to the details of my problem and asked great questions for the service department. As for the service department... I was watching the technicians taking the cars for test drives over accelerating and driving the cars very hard. I have an issue with my transmission now that I did not have before getting my car serviced. I have already prepaid for service of my car to replace a part, so I have to take my car back to them. Likely in the future I will take my car to a different subaru dealer for issues

I took my car in for servicing on the Tuesday after Labor Day when they opened, expecting a long wait. The crew were so efficient, getting us all checked in with enthusiasm and courtesy and the first shuttles left at 7:11, with us split by dropoff point into 2 shuttles. work was done by 1:00 and my checkout was quick and easy. Way to run a service department!

This is for any Subaru mechanics that want to get parts through the dealership. The parts department leaves early and is never available until 6pm like their website claims. They should put more accurate Information Instead of misleading their customers. Second thing I should warn you guys about is these guys are looking to make a profit they’re not your friend. If you need a part from this parts department check other websites first. I needed a new AVCs solenoid Subaru of Corvallis quoted me $350 for one solenoid. I found the exact same OEM solenoids online for $110. Do your due diligence, don’t get ripped off and don’t expect them to be available when they claim to be. Edit 8/20/24 they continue to be unavailable when they claim to be open. Very misleading and they should correct their parts department

As a new resident of Corvallis, I was nervous about finding a place to have my car maintenance done; I had come to rely on the dealership in my previous location for excellent service. I shouldn’t have worried; the Corvallis Subaru dealership was on par with my prior experience - - easy-to-make appointments, friendly staff, clean facility, reasonable rates, short waiting period (and comfortable waiting area) for service to be done. With a multitude of tasks relating to a major move, I can now check off a huge worry! Corvallis Subaru is a very well-run business that I highly recommend.

Vehicle was driven without permission while it was dropped off for oil service and mileage records were falsified. Car was dropped off with 72,500 miles and picked up with 72,505. Paperwork provided shows 75,201 and end of service. I called immediately after the car was picked up to ask if there was a reason the vehicle needed to be driven, the response provided was based on paperwork it was not driven with no explanation or responsibility taken. Assumption is the car was taken to run errands. I will be discontinuing patronizing this business due lack of trust (falsified mileage on records) and using customer’s vehicles without permission.

Service team member showed great patience and thorough understanding of my issue and consideration of my options. Making it easy to discuss and reason out the solution. It was straightforward and logical, which I appreciate. I’m happy with the direction and I feel certain that the solution will be ready for installation in the timeframe we discussed.

Everyone is great no complaints! Thanks for being so awesome. Need a vehicle? Ask for Jake he's very trusting, gets the job done no b.s. he's just not like regular salesman, he has a sense of humor me and my husband love. When we get the chance we give him a hard time.
