Karl proved to be exemplary in helping us pick a mattress for my elderly mother and went above and beyond in helping get it set up and attached to her headboard. A pleasant experience all the way around.

I was able to purchase a nice firm bed, at a very reasonable price. The bed has worked really well for my bad back. Karl was a pleasure to work with. He was low-key and very helpful.

I bought a Purple Harmony pillow and they come in 3 different sizes. The one I got was too high and was hurting my neck at night so I stopped using it. I came back to the store and talked to Karl (nice guy with the accent) and he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Fortunately, I was able to talk to purple and they were able to send me a different core for free. Now the pillow is working great and I’m getting better sleep. I really appreciate working with Carl because he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also recommend this store for buying a purple pillow because they are the only place in Corvallis that carries them in store that I have found.

This week has been absolutely horrendous. And I needed a box spring because I am having major surgery and ours was broken. Not only did Karl Fleming not judge me as I was on the verge of tears. He managed to help me find something in my budget and was kind enough to help me load it in our truck. You never really know what is happening in someone’s life and every time I have gone to Mattress World, I have had a great experience. Thanks Karl. You rock.
