“Really great customer service! I bought a pair of shoes here, and after a few months the soles started falling off, so I took them back and they gave me a new pair. I hadn't actually loved the first shoes, and didn't end up wearing the replacements for several months. I brought them in and they said I could trade them in for a different pair of shoes. I found some I love and we traded them, and they gave me money back since they were less expensive than the first ones! I was blown away by their commitment to happy and satisfied customers and I will definitely be shopping here whenever I need new shoes...which might be a while because the shoes they sell are very high quality and last a long time...”
“Was in town for opening of PRAx (wonderful place!) and realized day of event that heel tip of one shoe was gone. Sedlak's was walking distance of hotel. Originally told me it would be a week but when I explained the situation and asked for any help possible (could I but heel tips to do it myself, other shoe repairs, etc.) they VERY KINDLY put matching tips on both shoes in about 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!”

I came in with only socks on and in a hurry. She was accommodating and kind and so very helpful. I got my new favorite boots, left happy and with time to spare!”
