They got me all set up on the print & go system. However, the format my file was in needed some custom setup to get it printed to the right size, so they helped me one-on-one to get it printed and cut down lightning fast. “When my overnighted live animal package was mis-sorted and at risk of delay I was able to speak with staff at this location and get immediate assistance. The folks behind the counter were helpful and understanding, and escalated my concerns to their supervisor. Shout out to the manager, Gun Nelson, for tracking down and coordinating the retrieval of my package. He even stuck around during their closed-office lunch hour so I could get the sensitive cargo asap.4 stars instead of 5 because, while I got excellent help from on site staff, fed ex customer service is both difficult to access and navigate, requiring folks to advocate for themselves in person at the location involved. One cannot contact an individual office directly, and must go through the tedious process of responding to the robotic customer service agent. I think it was risky for me to ship something time sensitive and fragile through FedEx, and I will only ship non-living and low priority items via FedEx going forward.”
“Other than the US post office I generally go to this particular FedEx. The people there are very friendly and highly efficient. It's an excellent place to get passport photos and the like. They have easy to use copy machines that take a credit card. There's always somebody there to give you help. And if you're likely to not fully understand something they are happy to explain it to you.”
“Every time I conduct business at UPS Store 2610 (Circle Blvd, Corvallis), I am amazed at the consistently high level of customer service being offered to every customer (even if the customer doesn't seem to notice or appreciate it).
The employees know a lot of details about shipping and, in my opinion, do a great job of relaying the information to customers, even checking with other employee to be sure about something.
They demonstrate respect for the customers and for one another, which makes for a positive atmosphere while I'm waiting my turn. Yes, the wait is long sometimes, but it is because some customers have more complicated situations than others and are benefiting from the detailed assistance being given by the staff. When it is my turn, I know I will get the same great service, even if it means the people behind me have to wait. That's just how it goes.
For all of these reasons I happily sing the praises of manager Missie, team member Cassidy, and all the rest whose names I don't know. You are a great bunch, and I love coming to Store 2610 because of you.

This was the cleanest, most efficient Post Office at ever been in while living in New York City. Everyone was wearing masks common socially distant, helpful, an automated machine, and there were drop boxes/slots for everything! They made it easy for someone who knows how to efficiently ship without the hassle. This may be my new Post Office going forward.”
