“I had won a storage auction at the Corvallis location. I found out that that location is suffering from a staffing shortage moment. Even while short-staffed, the folks at Northwest Self Storage were able to get me an appointment at this particular facility. A manager from another property came over and set me up with the units that I had won.
Sarah was most helpful (the manager that I worked with for this particular pickup). They were totally ready for me to be there and everything was quick and easy.
Now I just need to decide if I should continue buying storage lockers. I drove from Portland to Corvallis for two lockers, and, well... I'm wondering if it was really worth the trip for the items that were in the units.
But overall everything was great. Super easy to get in and out and Sarah was very helpful.”
