I am visibly transgender. I go to this store's deli today, during a lull, and they see me coming, and the entire deli staff start to feign busy work in order to avoid waiting on me..... This went on for several minutes.... No other customers show up.... When they realize I'm not going away without I get what I came for, they finally do wait on me. They are rude and push my buttons, trying to get a rise out of me, which, unfortunately and to my regret, was successful.

Atrociously slow.Ellie, one of the personnel, is especially slow in understanding, processing, and performing tasks. Every encounter with her results in confusion by her, slowness to process actions, uncertainty expressed by her leading to lack of trust and confidence in what she says. Her actions and communications are always accompanied by actions and expressions of uncertainty in doubt, which is not only odd but concerning.It's very disconcerting when talking to pharmacy staff about important issues such as medications and leaving with a very low confidence of what they're telling me.Really should think about overhauling how staff is trained and how pharmacy operates, but probably will fall on deaf ears.

Slow to fill prescriptions to the point where every month I am either left with a gap in my medications or I'm worried about it and have to call repeatedly over several days to reach staff once. I appreciate there's a staffing shortage but after a year you'd hope the situation would be better rather than worse. For the second month in a row, I've run out before the refill. It's been two weeks since my provider sent the script. I'm switching pharmacies.

Tonight I went into your store approximately 8:40 pm the store was clean but the selection of products was not great! I did find what I needed! I want to point out that their 1% milk was nicely stocked except one problem, most of the milk in the front row said sell by June 30, 2022!!! It is June 30, 2022 and it's 9:00 at night!!! Why was that not pulled from the shelf?? Customers work hard for their money and don't expect to buy expired products from you!! DO BETTER AT SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I did mention this to the male cashier who had long brown wavy hair!

It's ok. Nice store and friendly people. The prices are very high though, so I only come here for the Starbucks or one off grocery items.

The pharmacist AND the tech at the register were so helpful and kind just now when I had to go buy Rapid Covid Tests. It is so nice to have friendly people behind the counter. Great job ladies. Thank you so much!

It would be helpful if the lunch hour closures were posted on line. I dont live in town and made a special trip in to get meds and they were closed.:(

I am new to Corvallis, was shopping for a pharmacy and found it!! I had a very positive, satisfactory experience. I expected a five or so day wait for my prescriptions to be ready since they were from another state but they were ready in a day and a half. I found a pharmacy I am happy with.

I rented a Rug Doctor. I paid cash. There was a deposit. I received no instructions or Rug Doctor receipt. I have rented Rug Doctor products since 1992 (mostly from a CA Safeway). I have never had a problem or complaint about the machines upon return. I was informed that 'I hadn't even tried to clean the machine' (false). No problem specifically was cited. I was told to take the machine back home and 'clean it properly' or I would not get my $25.00 deposit back. Since I was unable to make a special round trip to Safeway that day I had to allow them to keep my deposit (paid in cash). I was given no receipt and I feel like I was robbed. Customer Service could just take the 25 dollars out of the till and say I had cleaned the machine properly. I've had other problems as well, including the Pharmacy. This is the first time I felt that something dishonest was going on though.
