I feel like I am back in the pandemic. There is not one familiar face in the last couple months of 5/24-6/24. Brandi is no longer there and that is a huge red flag. Automated check prescription doesn't work, text when ready never appears. There is a reason why all the good staff left. Thinking this pharmacy is going the way of the Dodo.

Pharmacy department looks like they got smash and grabbed. Lazy employees aren’t stocking shelves and name brands are constantly missing while the site says they have it available. Do not recommend shopping here on weekends as it’s especially bad if you need meds for a job. Men’s gummies, Flonase, and Lamisil are especially difficult to get here due to EXTREMELY poor stocking practices.

My previous review and 1 star rating was due to an error on my part. I thought they were giving and charging me for a 30 day supply and it actually was a 90 day supply. Now that I realize my error I changed this to a 5 star for quick and efficient service. My apologies to Rite Aid and the staff at the Corvallis store who went above and beyond on short notice to get this done for me.

I had to transfer all meds from Nehalem OR to Corvallis because of moving. The only thing that held it up was my old pharmacy on the coast. The rite aid staff including pharmacist were courteous & efficient! All done over the phone too.

People are way too critical of this place. The pharmacy was very understaffed for a very long time (and still is honestly) but the people that are working there now do an amazing job. There may be a bit of a wait when calling or going in to get your perscription but that ties back in with the limited number of people working there. All in all this place has had the best customer service I've seen in awhile from a pharmacy.

While trying to contact the pharmacy over the phone, I was put on hold a handful of times, sometimes being disconnected without speaking to anyone. It was an extremely long and frustrating process, and every time someone answered they would say "pharmacy please hold" and when I would try to interject with "no please wait! I was just speaking with someone" they wouldn't listen and still put me back on hold. Again, this happened more than once and by the time I was actually able to ask my questions about why I had received a voicemail from them, I WAS DISCONNECTED AGAIN MID SENTENCE AND HAD TO WAIT THROUGH THE HOLD PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN. After finally getting answers, I arrived at the drive thru. There were two cars in Lane 1 and nobody in Lane 2. I pulled through to Lane 2 and hit the Call button. No sound or reaction happened. I waited for a bit. Made eye contact with the representative helping the other cars. Still no response on the speaker. I tried hitting the call button again as I wasn't sure if it was even functioning. I got a very curt "yes we know we are helping Lane 1 first" and I replied "oh I'm sorry I wasn't sure if it even worked." They then proceeded to help not just the two cars that had been there before me, but the ENTIRE LINE THAT HAD FORMED of maybe 5 cars total. I finally got helped and received my medication but I will be transferring to a new pharmacy after this appalling experience.

Absolutely the worst customer serviceI tried this place 3 timesThe first time I went from the Dr office to the pharmacy and they told me to come after 30 minutes so I left and came after 4 hours and still it wasn’t ready so I told them I will wait there and had to wait for 40 minutes to get the medicineSecond time the Dr send the prescription and I waited from noon till 7 pm then I went there and again it wasn’t ready so I had to come next dayThe third time I went next day and of course it wasn’t ready and I had to come in the afternoon to get it after waiting for 10 minutes….In the top of that you have to deal with rude unprofessional staff behind the counterSuch unprofessional place except for one pharmacist who is very friendly and nice but still the wait and the attitude of the staff behind the counter is absolutely unacceptable

Desperately needed paxlovid. They continued to claim they didn't have the prescription even after they did. Never notified me when it was available. Then had the nerve to blame lack of notification on my phone. Automated system is a joke. Never going back.

It's impossible to talk to anyone in the pharmacy on the phone when you call. I was placed on hold three times during the same call. The third time, I said "No, I don't want to be on hold," but she just said her little spiel and put me on hold; she didn't even hear me. I hung up. Don't even bother trying to call.

I normally don't go to riteaid for my prescriptions. My doctors office messed up and sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I walked in I was 6th or 7th in line.....I almost turned around and left. Safeway would have taken 45 minutes (dramatic I know).I know it is hit or miss with pharmacies but today was amazing! They were so speedy, but still very friendly. Ali and a young girl (didn't get her name) were wonderful. The pharmacist was very friendly as well.Thank you guys .

I would give one star if I could. Went to this location to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacist while talking to me about my prescriptions was on his phone texting and had headphones in. Is that not going against HIPPA laws? Who’s to say this man wasn’t on the phone while talking to me about my prescriptions or texting someone about confidential information. I am so jaw dropped about this individuals professionalism.
