I went 30 mins to close needing a rack for my bike. Not only did they help me look for one, they showed me a lot of different features on my bike I didn’t know about and helped me assemble it. They charged a very reasonable price. Super helpful even though they were about to close for the day!

Can't say enough positive about these guys. Customer service was extraordinary. I made a mistake selecting the rowing machine that was right for me. They came out to the house to make sure it was working properly. It worked correctly but I really didn't like it. The return process was easy and pleasant. Stellar service.

I would give them more stars if allowed. Bought a hardly used elliptical at almost half the price of a new one and because it was already assembled, I was saved hours of time and frustration of assembling a machine with dozens of bulky part. I don’t remember her name but the sales person was very knowledgeable about this machine and the other models on the floor and she was very, very nice and patient too. To her, there were no stupid questions. The two young men who delivered it to my home were very polite and respectful, placing the machine exactly where I wanted it, and even plugged it in to make sure it worked properly. I use it everyday and it works great. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase and the service I got.

Used to go to the one Eugene. But won’t ever be coming back to any play it again sports and nobody I know will either. Absolutely absurd they wont give a full refund for something that broke within 4 hours of purchasing. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I bought an exercise bike in October, and the employees at this store were fantastic to work with. They listened to what I was looking for, let me try several different bikes, and sent two cheerful employees to deliver and set up the bike for a very reasonable price. I shopped around and found their prices quite competitive. Additionally, they provide repair services themselves.Shortly after delivery, I found the bike had a manufacturing issue sensing and displaying some data. They sent out a knowledgeable technician to attempt a fix. The fix appeared to work, but when the problem recurred a short time later, they ordered me a replacement bike from the vendor, kept me updated about its delivery time, delivered the replacement, and took the defective bike back with zero hassle. The new bike is working wonderfully, and I’m a very happy customer.Thank you Maggie, Scott, Gabe and Zack!

Called to verify they had a recumbent bike I was looking for. Drove from out of town to buy it, got to the store for the clerk to say sorry just sold it!! He did not even offer to help me further after that he just pointed and said we have that one. I have bought many things over the years from this store but will not be back.
