I will never work with them again. The worst service I have ever received. Better make sure you provide your unborn child to verify your account. But wait they still won't let you access your account.

I have been a member since 2010, and it's only in the last year that this place has truly gone downhill. I am regularly locked out of my account while using my valid information, and have to call the phone line to get access, which then creates a whole other layer of incompetence when the agents aren't able to verify who I am based off my SSID, DOB, and ACTUAL BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. The lack of understanding of basic protocol is apparent, and it is obvious that procedural scripts have been written with no consideration towards helping us. Furthermore, they continue to charge overdraft fees yet can't process timely payments or refunds, further harming members just trying to pay bills on time. This was one of the top financial institutions in the state, now I wouldn't rate them above Wells Fargo.

I’ve been banking at the Credit Union since 1980. I’ve always had a positive experience when I go there. We financed our first house through the Credit Union. I also love their app! I can almost do all of my banking on the app.

lady on the phone said "no one is that stupid" referencing me falling for a scam online. This is incredibly insulting. She also interrupted me and said that "because of your confidence you may be easily manipulated". She kept cutting me off and correcting me. Easily one of the rudest phone calls I've ever received. I felt totally disrespected and ignored. Its a good thing your desk attendants are no where near this rude, if they were I would switch banks. Fire her, dont fire her. I dont care. Im never answering the phone when you guys call ever again.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I called about his loan. He is a disabled vet and hard to understand. He anwsered all his security questions. She was so rude about everything and would not help us. She said we had to come imto a branch. We live in grants pass and are not driving to corvalis. Will not finance with them again. What a dissapointment.

Had a debt consolidation loan, everything was great paying it online, than the online site was down & I was unable to pay it due to the website being down, website was down on my end for nearly 2 months, than it was nothing but a major pain to try & pay it online, to pay over the phone they wanted my banking account number & routing number, that is a LOT of numbers to be given to someone over the phone, no thank you. They would not note the account that I had been trying to call to pay, and now it's being sent to collections after I had been reaching out numerous times trying to get the thing paid, I spoke to 2 representatives today (09/12/23) & they were strait up rude, I was transferred to collections & in order to pay off my loan in full I have to bring in cash?!, Can't use a debit or anything over the phone?!, I am done dealing with this business and much rather just deal with collections on my loan, it has been nothing but one major headache trying to pay them and I am done being with the rude representatives. This business has gone down hill, it's a bit of shame. So, in the long story if you want a loan with a bunch of headache and hassle this is a great place to get one at.

Not impressed with the changes to pay my credit card used to be quick and easy and now the website has changed and doesn't work. Have called customer support with no help and never received a follow up phone call which was promised and using the message function received a response however their recommendation also didn't work. Plainly the website is broken for this function.

Instead of calling me when you’re wondering when you’ll get your money maybe use all that energy on getting the app fixed so I can actually pay. I work graveyard. I’m not answering the phone. I log into the app and pay my bills right after my shifts and then I sleep. That’s it. If I can’t then they wait. Continuously calling just gets you added to the blocked list.

Amazing customer service every time I've been in. I'm trans, and haven't legally changed my name yet, but the people who help me see my preferred name in the system and use it right every time. It's the best bank/CU I've used. I'm sad to be moving out of state, but I hope the next CU I join is as pleasant as these folks.Shout out to Ty for being especially friendly!

Teehanna was a huge help getting a new account set up. She explained details clearly and was patient with my questions, and she was just fun to work with in general. She also made some very helpful suggestions and I greatly appreciate her advice and expertise.

Bill from Dallas More than five years with OSCU and have had no problems with customer service or account issues. Quite the contrary. They paid serious attention when I had a problem with a VPN vendor and returned the money to my credit card the vendor would not do. Getting almost 5% interest on a short 8 mo. CD and I sure like that. They always promptly respond to any inquiry I have and even gave me access to the general council and chief financial officer to ask my questions. Unlike WAFD, OSCU has NOT been recently downgraded by Moody's. I like my OSCU.

I used to really love this CU. Their customer service has really gotten worse over time though. It was such a hassle getting information about taking out a used car loan from them, they give you a number to call but the people in the call center don't have any information and the people who do have information aren't allowed to talk to you on the phone. When I completed the loan paperwork in the branch, I was promised they would send me an electronic copy but I never got it. When I called and explained that I never received it, the person told me to go back to the branch to get it. I also asked another question about the loan, and the person told me he isn't qualified to explain things and that I would have to go into a branch to ask questions. Why do they have anyone answering the phone?

Today was awesome! I am so very very grateful to the loan team especially the Financial services consultant name Teehanna Smith at the 9th st branch for helping me today. You have no idea how much getting almost all my debt consolidated today. What a great relief! This allows me to focus on getting ahead to being on track with life. Thank you again! I can actually breathe again.

To Nicki B. Business Manager - I see you responding to the negative reviews all the way back from 2017. What is the point, when obviously nothing is changed or being done? I find your replying to reviews to be a disingenuous attempt to make yourself look better. Please point me one review that's updated positively after you contacting the reviewer and I'll stand corrected.
