Brian is an excellent loan officer! He is incredibly quick to respond and answered all of our questions. What I loved most was his willingness to thoroughly explain the whole loan process and all the various factors that should be considered when choosing to buy points or not, etc. It's refreshing to work with someone who treats you as an intelligent human being who has the capacity to understand these concepts. He kept us updated throughout the home buying process and he and his team (Angie and Chelsi) were amazing.

They've been pretty terrible to work with. Polite enough, but securing a loan through them has been a terrible experience. Maybe it's just my situation, but they've pretty much badgered us for more info on a daily basis all the while moving no closer to fully approving us.
