After I bought the recliner, Ed, Owner, and Robert, Assistant, of Chateau took the back off and loaded it for me and then Robert came to my office, lifted it up the stairs, and put it back together for me in my office. A gorgeous floor lamp (see attached photo) on which Ed gave me an amazing discount. I bought a boxed version of the lamp and when I had a bit of trouble assembling it due to disabled hands, Robert (again graciously) came to my office and completed the assembly for me.
