Nice and easy! I was worried it would be a big hassle going to a mattress store and dealing with salespeople. But I had an excellent experience with Geoffrey. I came in to get my kid a mattress with a budget, he showed me my best options, answered my questions, offered a mattress protector, and rang me up quickly. He arranged to have the mattress delivered for free the next day. I'll be back to get my next mattress.

I called Mattress Firm on Labor Day evening an hour before closing. Robert was very personable and helpful and I was able to purchase two mattresses the other phone that I was familiar with already. This is our third purchase from the store. They are all very professional.

I purchased a Tempurpedic ProAdapt mattress with the understanding that if I did not like it, I could return it within 120 days. Two weeks in, it's so hard nobody could sleep on it, not even my 11 year old. I decided to take advantage of the 120 day return to find out there is a 10%/$250 (whichever is less) re-stocking fee and I need to pay $100 for the crew to enter my house and remove it when they bring the new one. There is apparently a "break in period" with memory foam mattresses, so be warned that they may be very uncomfortable, to the point of not getting a good night sleep, hence making it somewhat problematic to actually complete the break-in. We were never told about the restocking fee nor the break-in period during the original purchase. Upon making the return transaction, we were told that the mattress cannot be restocked or sold as new...that it goes "far away"...so I'm not sure what the restocking fee is truly for if it cannot be restocked for sale. Anyway, now you know...the 120 day return policy is not without significant expense.Update - Mattress Firm immediately apologized for any confusion and have refunded the restocking fee and waived the installation fee! Thank You Geoff and Robert!!

I have purchased three beds from this store. They are amazing! I worked with Geoffrey both times. He listened to my needs, understood my budget and found the best solution for me each time. Two of the beds were for siblings--one adjustable and one regular mattress and boxspring. Then later I got an adjustablefor me. The men who delivered and set up the beds at three different locations were efficient, knowledgeable, and hooked everything up where I wanted it. Highly recommend this store and Geoffrey in particular.

Geoffrey helped my husband and I find a new mattress. Our budget wasn't the greatest and he still made sure we left with an excellent bed. He made the whole process smooth and easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We left the store very happy with our choice. The store was clean and everything was nicely set up with information on every bed. We were referred here and will definitely be telling others as well.

Not rating the product delivered, but the before sale support and gold star setup. What store only has 1 of their best selling mattresses in stock or in their warehouse? This one does! Went to buy 2 mattresses and box springs that the website said could be delivered the next day to find out they only had 1 and it would take over 3 weeks to get the other. Their customer support did recommend another brand that was cheaper and which actually turned out to be maybe even better for me, but it was a hassle to do this over the phone.Then it came to the gold stat setup that we paid $99. for or maybe a should say the lack of any setup. We were moving from Florida to Oregon. So wanted the beds setup as we instructed before we or the bed frames arrived in our container. Our son received the beds at the house we were renting, but the setup people did nothing more then place them up against the wall in the bedrooms and didn't even remove the plastic. They said they couldn't do the setup without the frames. This meant that when we arrived before the container and were planning to sleep on the beds we had to set them up in the way we paid gold star to do it.
