Was happy with their services for over a decade until they became the Marsh McLennan Agency. They sent out notices there would be no impact to coverage, then failed to send out the annual renewal reminders I'd been receiving for years. They had one job, taking my money every year, and they failed at that.The resulting lapse in coverage, while partially my own fault, caused a ~50% increase in my car insurance rates. The fact I had been a customer for over a decade, without a single insurance claim, was not considered relevant. Clearly customer loyalty is not important to them.Would highly recommend against working with this company. Their organization leaves much to be desired, and in my experience they do not take responsibility for mistakes on their end.

The services of MMA fulfill every business need we have even as we have grown. They do it all. Their rates are competitive and reasonable. Each agent we have worked with has always been quick to respond. They work as a team. Sara Garcia is a shining example of excellence. I wish I could give them a million stars. They have earned every one. We have been a customer for over 10 years and I always recommend MMA to others.

Diane Draper and her folks at Marsh McLennan Agency are always so communicative and I appreciate her thoroughness and continuity. She always follows through and makes my job easier because she's quick to respond when I have questions that cannot wait. In fact, we are working on switching to have our malpractice transferred to Marsh McLennan Agency soon so that we have all of our policies with one broker. Along with excellent customer service we like to have proof that we have the best rates every year. As long as these criteria are continuously met, we will stay with your firm. Thank you.

The service is impeccable. I receive timely responses, efficient support and answers to my questions. And whenever there is any issue with a claim, the team at Marsh McLennan is there to help process and offload stress! We receive white glove service from our representatives for all of our insurance policies.

These folks have treated us well and professionally for nearly 30 years. Highly recommend. We have carried both personal homeowners and our business insurance for several of our companies and they have maintained us admirably...
