Lotus Nails is a wonderful nail salon. They were nice and professional. They did a beautiful job on my dip nail manicure. My fiancé and I also had pedicures in their massage chair foot tubs. Very relaxing! We plan on making this our nail salon for all our mani-pedi treatments!

they cut my nail bed with the file and did a terrible job. the acrylic was uneven and looked just awful

Horrible experience. I got a gel manicure and an entire nail popped off after one day, and every single nail peeled off two days later. It was right before Christmas, so I had to wait a few days to call. The manager would not listen to what I was saying on the phone, offered no solution because she’s “not the owner”, and hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. My manicures typically last at least two weeks, so calling a few days after the appointment shouldn’t matter. I’ve been to dozens of salons and never left a bad review, but I guess I’ve also never had an experience like this. My nails are completely ruined by the peeling.

the women that work here are so sweet. their energy is really uplifting. i was visiting a friend at OSU & decided to treat myself while she was at orientation & chose the first spot that popped up. i definitely recommend, just for the pure fact that they are total sweethearts. plus she did my french tip toes perfect!

This lady must be in smth. I wish i can give none starts. She got my nails done in last minute and didn’t do it right. She charged me $55 for acrylic without color. She cuts my cuticles creates bleeding. She was playing on her phone and not focusing on what her doing. After next day, the acrylic already comes off, I called her to fix it and she always tells me she’s busy. And next day I called her back and she SCREAMED AND YELLED AT ME. I recommend you to not go to her shop at all even I will keep spreading this to other ppl to not get it done there with her.These pictures has been 2 days after I got it done. Doesn’t make sense.

Lotus nails is a great mani pedi salon. The service is fantastic, family oriented and lots of fun. It's a very sweet place to visit and I noticed some special shirts for the guys and a beautiful French cook book.Everything is very sanitary and there are zillions of polishes to choose from; the chairs give great massages and make everyone look funny moving. The neighbors and other customers are always friendly and share polishes cause they're beautiful! Anyway the work turns out perfect, it's fun to share ideas and always good for a laugh or two - it's just fancy fun! Thanks Lotus Nails!ps almost forgot to mention the rates areVery reasonable and they righteouslyDeserve tips.
