Brooke Knight and Kim Nichols did such a wonderful job guiding us through our first time purchasing a home. They were proactive, quick at responding, thoughtful, and provided helpful insight as we were making decisions - It made my husband and I feel that they truly had our best interest in mind, and wanted this experience to be smooth and stress-free. Brooke Knight and Kim Nichols did an outstanding job for me from the outset, and throughout the process. I understood everything that would happen as a result of Brooke's early communication, and was set up with an App that facilitated document review and seamless buyoff along the way.I had a time constraint due to travel. Kim was particularly helpful in getting the documents together in a timely manner, with impeccable communication via phone and email alerting me when I needed to take action, and what it was for.In the end, they performed exactly as planned, but their professionalism exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. This was a far-superior choice than to go through a typical loan officer at a bank. I highly recommend.

As a first time home buyer Brooke and the team made the buying process as smooth and informative as possible. They have a loan mortgage coach that really helped me get an idea of where my money is going and what options I had for rate buy down and what not. Always a friendly approach from everyone on the team, They did a great job!

They have a super great team at Knight Financial. Kim Nichols is a messiah when it comes to getting loans done. I came to Knight Financial with some wild deals and they were able to navigate them and get loans punched through when not a lot of other companies would've been able to. In a tumultuous housing market, presenting all sorts of challenges over the last several months, Sam and Kim were on my side every step of the way, not only keeping me informed of evolving market conditions, but they powered through every challenge that presented itself.Sam and Kim are the perfect blend of experience, tenacity and empathy to help me and my family achieve a common goal. Their creativity and commitment to work through problems as they arise cannot be overstated. They executed on every commitment they made, and even found a way to get me a lower interest rate on my new mortgage, saving us an additional few hundred dollars a month as we got close to the finish line.Buying a new house is stressful. The Knight Team helped us put everything together and get the job done for us. I will no doubt be working with the Knight team again. Many thanks to Brooke and his excellent team, our loan application went through as fast as it could, with top most efficiency and without any problems at all. They even isolated us from the nuisance happening behind the scenes, having our backs throughout all the process. Whenever we had a question - either big or small - they answered everything promptly, without missing any tiny detail in what we wrote.They guided us at every step of the process, helped us not miss any deadlines for the necessary steps in this complicated loan process and shared every important point in just enough detail. They worked in coordination with our buyers agents, the title company and the escrow and made sure everything progressed smoothly.We appreciate them being so sincerely kind, warm and patient knowing that we’re first time home-buyers. We met with them through our buyers agents and we totally feel so lucky for that. If we could go back in time, we’d definitely choose to work with them since this was the best experience.
