Air conditioning was blowing hot air. Called Ken’s auto service they said bring it in. I expected that they would fix the problem. That’s why you bring a vehicle to them to fix the problem. This they did not fix the problem. They added Freon to the system, but that didn’t fix the problem. Return the vehicle to the customer after charging $265 and it’s still blowing hot air. Why even take the vehicle in the first place if you’re not going to fix the problem that’s what an auto care repair facility is supposed to do is fix problems not return the vehicle to the customer with the problem not fixed . And then take the customers money.

I should have found these guys fifteen years ago, when my air conditioner first stopped working. No other mechanic has known what to do, except to put in more freon, which never fixed the problem. Now my air conditioner works the way it is supposed to. The people here are polite and communicative, too.

Excellent customer service, superb communication with me throughout the time they worked to n my car, including before they made repairs to get my go ahead to proceed with the work. Very reasonable prices and workmanship. Will keep coming back to Ken’s!

I took my Silverado in for air conditioning service and they had me in and out a lot faster and less expensive than I thought. They are super friendly and professional. I plan on taking my other car there for service also. Thanks Ken and crew

I brought the car in for an alternator issue/replacement, but they diagnosed and found it to be a bad battery only. I had a question on the price and they worked with me to bring it down, which I appreciate. They kept me well informed and included in the decision making. I will likely be going back in the future.

Got my old ‘09 Nissan tires changed. They were reasonably priced, and the team changing my tires did so in such a reasonable time compared to other commercial places. They also fit me in to their schedule of other reservations. I’m truly appreciative of Ken’s service and kindness of the employees. Thank you so much for all you do!
