My license plate came off during one of the washes and they were so kind to put a plate cover over and reattach it and reinforce it. Genuine customer service.

For the advanced or the free wash it was unexpected. You really should fix the issue because the elderly couple that were ahead of me, jumped out of the car at the end and were pissed off too. Shouldnt go here unless you want a wash & body damage!! ?

Kept getting ignored. Pulled into the second lane and employee taking payment just walked past my window. Instead went to the other lane where a car had pulled up, well after I did.

Automated car wash. Always clean, well run, friendly staff. If you would rather not have to wash your car by hand this is a great option. A great deal !

Just took my mom's vehicle through the car wash. Good service and the vehicle received a good clean
One thing that would really help is to have the person who directs the vehicle in the actual washing section, is if that person had a brush in hand to use with a little soap & water to give the seam sections a quick scrub down
This would not take much time at all and would allow all sections of the vehicle to really look sharp. Plus the individual who directs could feel more a part of the cleaning process of the vehicle.
Please consider adding this to the cleaning process, it would help the over all service procedure.

Corvallis, Kaady car wash is the Best and very best Car wash in Benton county Oregon and their workers are overwhelming respectful and kind and caring both for your vehicle and your wants for having your vehicle washed. If anything cloud be added to be a change is that for those of whom do need a closer Kaady car wash near Philomath Oregon then put another Kaady car wash in Philomath Oregon or really close to Philomath as another Benton county Oregon location that's only thing that cloud possiblity be eligible for a change for the Corvallis Kaady car wash to do understand that there is already somewhat of a so called car wash near the Corvallis - Philomath area though it be better to add Kaady car wash near closer or in Philomath Oregon though still love the location where it is now in Corvallis. Thank you Corvallis Kaady car wash for your acts of respect and compassion to be a car wash and helpful for those of who don't want some type of so call car wash that doesn't respect and overall clean and wash the vehicle that's being payed to get wash clean and also the great business requirements for those of whom go though that can go through the car wash that have bigger vehicles or whatever cloud possiblity cause damage to other people vehicles going though the car wash and Kaady car wash Corvallis does a great job at cleaning up their property and ways of course of how the workers approach people while being at Corvallis Kaady car wash. If ever needing to take a vehicle to car wash then please consider trying Corvallis Kaady car wash.

I went there today and discovered they stopped offering punch card which barely made it worth the price per wash considering the quality of wash (dirty trunk/rear) They tried to direct me to their app and their monthly unlimited wash however it's only good for one vehicle, we have fleet of 6. The folks are always super friendly so wish corporate/owners didnt mess it up. Taking away the buy 3 get 1 free resulted in them completely losing our business. Luckily more affordable options in town that still provide coupons and a better wash with actual people cleaning areas such as trunk/rear. Nothing worse than getting my hands dirty accessing my trunk immediately after a Kaady Wash. It's weird they need 3-4 people staffed and no one actually helps clean vehicle.

I’m have a new car and my husband signed me up for the Kaady car wash app so for $35 a month I have unlimited car washes! I can go there everyday if I want to. It’s pretty quick and they do a good job of getting into all the nooks and crannies on the outside of my car.
