It seems more than one online retailer is now effectively charging twice the agreed price (a 'hold', and final charge), and blaming one's bank for the problem, the latter presumably delaying removal of the hold to benefit from the float, but, if so, if knowing that, the seller could adapt their process or not. Joann does not, resulting in a double charge until the transactions complete, up to a week or a bit more now, who knows how long in the future. They've decided they don't care if their customer might need those unavailable funds for food or rent for instance. No longer gonna do business with them. (Update:)they don't have a contact number on the online web site. They do have one, but it's not an 800 number (and me without long distance service (as if I would pay for the dis-service)). And now I've learned all about them going bankrupt, shareholders losing everything, gone private, so I'm just venting into the wind here. Never again.

I've been able to find almost everything I've wanted to find in this store though there have been a couple times that things have been consistently out of stock. The staff is always wonderful and very helpful.

Nicholas, the dude, working cashier super cool, same with the lady who cuts fabric. I was being super annoying with my coupons and Joannes account and he helped me out so much. give that man a raise.

I have shopped in many JoAnn's stores in my life and can honestly say this is the worst. Poorly organized, filthy, rude employees, even the merchandise is dirty. Do better!

The wings have a thin foam inside and fabric is glued on each side. Edges are faced with jumbo rickrack and embellishments are hand sewn. An elastic harness (not shown) can be attached to plastic rings on the wings.The "found art" is 3 dimensional and is wired to a backing of stiff metallic paper covered with metallic fabric. the art is attached to the backing with gold thread and framed without glass.

This store is darn mess. Plastic bags littering the aisles. No one wants to help with getting any paint. Paint aisle is empty just like my LC store. Give the girls some hours to stick the shelves. Attitude is bad in this store.

Angry! Will not come back. Upon entering store a whole row of carts with a sign Do not use. Found two carts right inside door both not rolling. No more carts. Asked for manager she went to the row of carts with sign and pulled them all out. None working. When I left the entry now has carts stuck together in threes plus with several signs that now say do not use on them. Funny but not customers leaving your store not happy will spread word as my expierence today was. Meanwhile two people waiting on the lady pulling apart the carts I left and went to checkout and got one from customer leaving.Then went to yarn area several isles had boxes as well as a plastic bag hanging all lined along path. Difficult to manuver through had to back up to go around. Material department a lady was complaining about sign not matching the material. Checkout a lady came and asked clerk for someone to help her in a department her responce was I do not know where they are. I passed this lady on my way out she said she put her stuff down an left.I took pictures of all issues.

Couldn't find any employees to ask where to find circular knitting needles and when I found someone she acted irritated. Aisles crowded with unopened boxes...even nmmore chaotic than usual. Something must be goingvwrongvthere?

Every time I come in I feel really uncomfortable and unwanted. When I ask questions I almost always feel like they are annoyed by me. The energy at this location is so off. And 30$ a yard for materials is outrageous.Just really mean old lady karen vibes every time. Not coming back ill drive the extra 10 mins for michaels.

When the products are on sale price this is a great place to buy stuff. Although it's usually messy and unorganized it beats Michaels.
