We were introduced to Jess through our realtor and from the get go it was a great working relationship. Our income comes from a unique source, and much to my surprise, Jess was very knowledgeable about it. She helped us worked through several hoops and was forever upbeat and positive. Being our first time looking for a home we didn’t have a clue of what to expect. Having Jessica be there for the process made our experience that much better. It's so nice to feel like your loan officer knows what they're doing, and we felt that way the whole time – we could tell we were in good hands with Jes. She helped us figure out an option for our loan that worked with our budget (and helped us actually understand it, with the aid of some pretty cool technology!). She was patient with us when we were spotty in our communication with her, and she sent helpful updates as the closing process was going. We'd definitely recommend her!

A little late writing this review, but just had a little one so it took a minute!!! Jes was so wonderful to work with. Her and her team were so helpful with everything. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand fully what everything meant. (First time buying a house) and at the time was 8 months pregnant and dying to have our own place before our little one arrived. I am beyond thankful for everything her and her team did for my family, and how they made sure we were set up for success with no confusion. When we buy again, will 100% use her and her team as well as recommending her to everyone I know!!!
