Colleen Candeel here at H&R Block did my father's final taxes, and the taxes for his irrevocable trust (what his living trust became when he passed away). H&R Block has filed my personal taxes for years. My current advisor, Colleen Candee, is at the office at Kings Blv. In Corvallis.She is always up to date on tax rules , and explains things to me with clarity and patience. I feel free to ask questions.Colleen is easily available by phone, online or at the office. Taxes with professional simple and fast in the office but impossible and did not work online, so I had to pay $270. But it had to be done right.

This place is terrible. I went in to get help filing an amended return, which I couldn't do online with their software due to an error I made reporting my health insurance. Had I been able to file this return properly, I would not have had to pay the IRS 1600$. Because of the poor guidance/knowledge of the employee, lack of good faith, and overall rude nature of the employee I worked with earlier this year, the IRS took that money from me. So, in short, these people are far from experts. When I used other software and corrected the error, I would have wound up with a return of that amount.
