Convenient place to donate unwanted/unused items.(Easy drive up/drop off doors in front of store.Friendly staff, clean store, and good second hand merchandise for resale.Prices are reasonable.Decent parking including for handicapped customers.Entry/exit doors are automated to assist those with limited mobility, etc.

After being in other goodwills, this one is really run quite well and has undergone improvements over the last several years.Clean, well staffed, organized, and there’s always someone around to help at the dressing rooms that are open from 12-6pm.The music choice, goodwill radio, is a weird mix of everything from juice wrld to we are the champions. Keeps it interesting when spending long periods of time looking for gems.My complaint is that they have so many large sizes and barely any small. I know they don’t control that, but they should prioritize putting out more small sizes.

Corvallis, Oregon locationI have been a patron here for 25 years. After experiencing other locations, I am really not sure a 2-star is worthy, but it's a local location that is easy to get to, so I am being generous. The staff have zero pride in the way their store runs and the shelves are a Jenga game with employees shoving items wherever space allows, rather than organizing for efficient item turnover. Perhaps this store would benefit with the bin system like other locations. A friendly crew would be nice too.

I only have had good experiences with the employees at this store and have usually found what I was looking for with amazingly good deals. Also thank to everyone who donates good quality shoes and clothing for us to choose from. What's funny to me is that the shoes are sorted by color instead of size.

We love love love our local Goodwill! I do drop offs frequently and the staff is always so kind! They have great stuff to pick from inside, as well! I got some great Montessori style pieces for my children here and it was incredibly affordable!

I love thrifting, but I left here feeling really defeated and wanting to go home. The employees were very rude. The cashier didn’t say a word to me while checking out and almost seemed disgusted that I was there and the dressing room lady told me I was going to make her lose her job because I had one extra item outside the dressing room….which didn’t make sense. I heard some other customer getting berated by employees as well, it just was a really awful experience for me.

Mary Ann is one of the rusest employees there. I cannot believe how I am spoken to here and how I watch other people get verbally abused here. Today I had my cart taken from me TWICE with items in it while my back was turned and while Inused the fitting room. I watched this happen to another customer and the associate he asked just said "Theres OTHER shopping carts" I will go all the way to the Albany Goodwill from now on and so should you.

I miss the olden days when you could try on clothes and everything didn't smell like it has been dunked in a vat of Febreze.Edited to add a response to the owner: Okay, so you don't clean the clothes. But there is something there that smells and saturates the clothes. A disinfectant maybe? An air "freshener"? The whole Corvallis store smells like it, and it is nearly impossible to get the smell out of the clothing. Other thrift shops don't smell like that. Goodwills outside of this area don't smell like that. What is it???

I like this store , but wondering why books are sold as is? I bought my grandson a book that he already had so I was going to bring it back. Obviously you don’t get money back you just get a credit.I understand that half off items you can’t bring back but why books? It just will make me not buy books anymore from Goodwill. Although I have done well in the past getting books, he hasn’t had.

Overpriced. Many items priced higher than what you’d pay brand new. I will think twice before donating or shopping here anymore.

I used to love shoping at goodwill but now this store and pretty much all locations of goodwill are no longer worth going to. First off all stores purposely pull off all discounted colors and only leave behind things they actually forgot about. Second is the employees get first dibs on what comes in and takes whatever they want. Third is the prices are actually rediculous. Of course there are some good priced things but in general everything is overpriced for overused things. The other pawn shops have now become cheaper to shop at than goodwill which was never the case. But unfortunately now is the case. If you are looking for an actual good deal go to OSUsed near the collage. You can get everything there at such a better price than goodwill.
