The sourdough is very soft and pillowy on the inside, crunchy and firm crust, with less of the sour flavor, if you're into that kind of thing.If you get to the market early enough the donuts of second to none, melt in your mouth kind of texture. Wash it down with some local roast coffee and you've got a real nice treat.”
