I had to make a lot of copies and Karen was the person who helped me. $32 worth of copies! It took so much time I let people go in between, and Karen was delightful and timed the service so no one had to over wait. She was so friendly and competent with some of my problem copies.It's wonderful to come to a business that has that kind of service. Sincerely mj Alpine ORA few days later, Adam. I believe his name was I think he might be the manager? He patiently helped me through a process on one of the computers without making me feel like a dummy very patient.

Adam and his staff Are amazing on their print jobs of My business cards. Giant post which I love my giant poster of myself. I would recommend this FedEx over any other FedEx.

The gentleman with a braid (Christopher?) Was a great help for helping me take my passport photos. I bought 3 sets of 2 and had to retake them due to not meeting the regulations. They offered a full refund and took my picture again, and Christopher just had such a great spirit all the time. He was such a pleasure to interact with.

Adam Weston was incredibly genuine, patient and dedicated to helping me. I had to bring computers to return back to my company that laid me off recently. He helped me with compassion and kindness. I highly recommend this location based on the assistance I received from Adam. Would 100% come back again for shipping and printing needs!

Went in paid 20 for a USB another 18 for copies to be made and when I wanted to scan to a USB aswell the worker felt she needed to but in and split my scan without consent to force me to make multiple scans(additional charges) for a scan that needs to be 1 pdf not multiple. Then forcibly removed my USB drive mid scan causing an error and making the machine fail. Then tried to make me wait wasting my time and effort to make the scan, all while hovering until I decided to cancel the error/frozen process and leave without making my digital copies and wasting my purchase of the usb drive. I will not be back nor ever recommend anyone else here. I already won't ship FedEx due to personal experience with damaged shipping goods, now I know that FedEx is just worthless on all fronts

DavidSamuel was so helpful for all of my printing for my wedding!! I came in for several projects and was so happy with what I walked out with! He listened to my vision for all wedding menus, signage, photos and more and helped to create quality and beautiful prints! He was very knowledgeable about both the technical and creative aspects of my projects. And above all was patient and kind! I will definitely come back for my future projects! Thank you!

I just think that any human, regardless of disabilities, shouldn't have to listen to 1 employee tell another employee that "there's always someone having a worse day." Right after I explained my disabilities. I also don't drive and have lung problems, I don't know why I wouldn't be able to still get help even if I was "having a bad day." I've avoided going back since, and I have urgent needs I've tossed aside. I can't afford to buy a printer. I just can't believe this kind of stuff is happening in Corvallis, but after being here since 2016 it's a theme at most public places here. Just because you don't have disabilities, doesn't mean you can treat customers as less than, or talk crap about them while they are still in the store.
