“I wish I could give this place 6/5 stars. There's not a lot of companies, let alone individuals, who value customers like Audiofiles. The whole team at Audiofiles are very responsive and provide great quality work in a very timely manner. I will choose Audiofiles over my hometown Car Toys every time.
I had an old 98 Ranger and now have an 04 Suburban. Both vehicles had horrible electrical problems. The 04 Suburban had a rat's nest behind the head unit. This was no problem for Steve and Hoa - they still took my vehicles in, installed new head units (the Suburban with Apple Carplay) flawlessly at the BEST price you will ever see - even with the worst of electrical problems. I thump with my subs everyday thanks to these guys.

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Gray and Sam were amazing and saved my life when I came in to get a new phone after mine was stolen. Not only did they help me find a new phone, but Gray spent at least two hours helping me set it up and switch over my Apple ID even as the guy who stole my phone kept denying the two-factor authentication requests and SIM card transfers. Gray helped me troubleshoot so many issues that came up, and also helped me shut off my old phone and block it as stolen. Gray and Sam truly went above and beyond when I was feeling completely helpless, and I'm so grateful for their help.”

“Friendly staff and fairly quick even at their peak hours. You'll find it busier early in the morning, lunch time and around 4-5 when a lot of people are getting off work. The deli food is pretty good. They will make fresh pizza for you that is done in about 5 minutes. You can purchase an uncooked pizza on food stamps and then have them cook it for you. The night staff are always friendly and they get very bored so they love customers to chat with. lol never had a bad experience. They have had the same manager for years too.”
