My wife just got a full set of acrylic nails and they look awful. She was too embarrassed to complain so she’s trying to remove them at home. My daughter and her will never be back. The guy was rude and terrible at his job. Avoid this nail salon and go somewhere else.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. No matter who does my nails, they always look great. Moved to Albany from Corvallis last summer, but I’ll keep driving to them instead of finding a closer salon bc they are the best!

Had a great experience here. Great communication, excellent color selection, clean atmosphere. Easy appointment booking for 3 mani/pedis plus a child mani/ pedi. We all were happy with the services and professionalism.

I love crystal nails! I’ve been going to the salon for over a year now. Been other places but the quality of work is above all! I get compliments on my nails all of the time. Crystal measures my nails against both hands, making sure everything is symmetrical, taking extra time. My nails are beautiful and natural looking. I won’t go any where else. The staff is lovely and gracious. I would not spend my money anywhere else. Thank goodness for crystal nails.

I went in this salon without reading any reviews. After sitting down for my lux pedicure, for some reason I decided to look at the reviews and there were many bad reviews. I thought oh well, I guess I have to bear it and just get along and get out. But I was wrong !! Some reviews said the massage stones singed their legs, that they were rude and didn’t care for the customers preferences and that the lux pedicures were over in less than 20 minutes with them being very rough and rushed and that they were asked to pay extra ($5) for the nail filing tools.I was actually very impressed with their cleanliness. Sure, it was weird when the nail technician asked me if I got my own nail kit (really who would ask you if you got your own nail kit at a salon?)and I said I didn’t have one and she said it would be an extra charge for the nail tools as they use newly sterilized tools that come in a sealed package. Since I was already there, I said okay I’ll pay the extra. It did put me off at the beginning as I was taken aback. I could have been at least given a heads up to get my own nail kit or be told I’d be charged extra.The next thing I was impressed about was as soon as I entered I was requested to sanitize my hands before handling the nail color palettes for my pedicure. Then as I sat in my pedicure massage chair, one of the technicians was cleaning the pedicure “sink” next to me and I noticed that she was being very thorough. All these signs made me feel comfortable in thinking they do take their cleaning seriously.Next thing I noticed was that they literally took all the complaints they saw on the google reviews seriously and rectified many of them!I was catered to very politely and was asked if the stones were too hot or if the hot towel was too hot, etc.They listed to the criticism and literally improved everything. I really like businesses that do that and that is why I’m taking time and giving a 5 star review for them.

Their hours say they are open on Sunday. Two separate weekends I have called to make an appointment on Sunday, both times they said "we just closed this Sunday, next Sunday we will be open" then the lady laughs and hangs up.Seriously, why?7/9/23 Hours say they are open until 6. Most places were closing at 5pm, so I tried a third time. I went in just before 5, there were three employees there, all of them just sitting, and the lady laughed and said we closed early. So rude. You do not want to work on Sunday, simply close your store and change your hours.

I went in to get a pedicure while visiting Corvallis. What a mistake. I was expecting to relax and enjoy some down time. From sitting down on the chair to my nails getting painted was 22 minutes. I was made to buy files and the process was so fast I couldn't relax. I asked for an upgraded pedicure and didn't receive it. The guy doing my pedicure almost broken my ankle bracelet since he was rubbing my legs so fast with lotion. It was uncomfortable, rushed, over priced and not what I would of wanted or expected. I would never refer this place to anyone. The people working there were rude and I should of never trusted the reviews.

I want to start off with the fact the woman who helped me put on a clean pair of gloves and used her cell phone with the gloves on, touched her face and other surfaces without changing gloves before touching my feet. I walked in at 1:00 and left by 1:20. I left as if I was being rushed through and she was being aggressive with my feet and skin. They didn’t communicate other than demanding the bottle of polish I was holding and when we requested to hear about the luxury pedicure all they said was “mud and special lotion” and when we asked for it we didn’t get it. My leg hairs were singed after she rubbed my legs with hot rocks and when I pulled my leg away and said ouch she didn’t bother to apologize. She didn’t cut my toenails or my.cuticles. My polish had hair stuck to it and my pinky toes were not fully painted. I’m disappointed by the lack of effort. They made my mother In law pay for files for the first time she came in and didn’t make me pay for files and used the files she used on the client before me. My mother in laws toes weren’t finished drying and the lady put her shoes on her for my mother in law and pointed at the front door. We paid 85$ for a 20 minute session and to get aggressively rubbed. I’m disappointed

I've had several pedis here, and they're always 100%. Hot stone/oil is included! The people are kind, the atmosphere is very nice, and my toes look fabulous when I leave. I will never go anywhere else for a pedi now that I know about Crystal Nails.Service: Pedicure

I didn't even get past the call to make an appointment before getting yelled at by whoever picked up the phone. I was hoping to get my first set of acrylics here for my 19th birthday, and so I didn't really know what the girl was asking me over the phone. I asked her to repeat herself and she yelled at me to just give her my phone number and book the appointment. I wasn't told about prices or anything. Never going here.
