We used Cross Town Movers out of Corvallis to move a piano from Halsey to Shedd. Mathew, Josh F., and Timbo were great. They were very careful of our house and the antique piano. They worked very well as a team and were very efficient. Thank you.

Matt and Josh were great! They moved a Baby Grand Piano for us and set it up correctly again. They were curious and professional. We would work with them again.

Hands down the best moving company my family has ever used. We have been using them for years now in Corvallis, for multiple family members. The past few times I have gotten Matt W. And Josh F. They are awesome! Nice, friendly, and are careful with my stuff. I remembered to finally write this review because I'm using them today again. All the employees I have gotten are great though. Definitely a company you can trust to do the job correctly.

I want to thank Dante, Anthony and Joshua for helping me move my belongings into storage. All three gentlemen were respectful, organized and very knowledgeable. Thank you. Also want to thank the office staff for help directing me and being helpful.

The actual movers were AWESOME but corporate is VERY predatory
They conveniently left NO contract and charged 1200 dollars more than agreed, their reply was oops they FORGOT!! BS!!!
DO NOT trust them without a written contract. YOU WILL BE SORRY

I’d give more stars if I could!!! Adrian and Reuben were absolutely incredible helping me load my pod in Eugene. They exceeded my expectations. My pod was loaded like a perfect puzzle and I had some very interesting things that needed to fit. In 2 hours they were done. I would highly recommend them. Best experience I’ve ever had moving and I’m on cross country move #3. Thank you!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with the cross town movers in Eugene (unable to find their google page to leave a review). Anthony and Russell helped so much as they packed our stuff and got it ready for our international trip. Would recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience moving with this company. The two staff members that packed our belongings took two and a half days to move our two bedroom appartment. They took smoke breaks ever thirty minutes and physically struggled to move our furniture. The companies I contracted with before and after this move were more efficient, cheaper, and more professional.

Josh, Will, and Tim did a great job unloading to our 3rd floor apartment! The estimate the company gave over the phone was accurate, and they were available with a relatively short notice.

What hoped to be a good experience as per reviews turned to be a terrible one
The start should have been at 10 am and I called them at 10:10 to ask if they are coming soon and was informed they will be arriving in 6 minutes but they didn’t show till 10:30 with no apology or mentioning
2 guys only !!! And thanks God we moved all boxes and cloth before they come and we left the heavy staff like couches, beds,TV, and fridge … and what was suppose to be 2–3 hours job as I was told turned to be 5 hours job ( charging by hours of course) .
The guys wanted a 5 minutes break which we didn’t mind and turned into 17 minutes break.
I asked them to put something on the carpet in the new house ( stairs and bedrooms only ) but they didn’t and we ended up with very dirty carpet on the stairs (new carpet)
The guy was so careless and they brook the living room middle table and at the time of payment they tried to play some games in the beginning then wanted to reimburse me through a policy where I will get paid by pound on the broken table and by doing so I will end up getting 7$ on a table I paid for 139$ 3 month ago and I have the receipt for it .
In any case I am still waiting for a response from their office and will update you
Finally at the time of payment an additional 30 minutes was charged and when I asked to why this 30 minutes the driver informed me that there is a 15 minutes trip charge coming from office and going back which I was informed about !!!!
The driver was so rude when I started arguing with him about all the extra charges so he threatened me to go to court if I don’t pay as per his request and brought all the glass and the table he broke and threw it in front of our garage door
Afterwards and after speaking to some gentleman in the office ( whom was professional and courteous ) they picked up their trash and he promised to look into the reimbursement for the broken table which I am waiting for now !!! And charged me 783$ instead of 840$ as per driver which is still above my expectations
Do not recommend them ….
