Showed up at 10:15 on a Friday, during their open hours. Sign said "on supply run be back ASAP". No specified return time. Waited 50 minutes and no staff showed up.You can either do your supply runs outside of operating hours or put up a sign with a listed ETA so people don't waist their time. Or you can change your business hours to designate time for supply runs and lunches.Everyone's time is precious, do not waste it by not being able to provide service during "open" hours.

Went to store was closed during business hours,with note be back at 11:15. When return I ask him why closed, straight face said I came in open work ten minutes and took lunch.

Unless theirs a new store manager I will not go to this location. I go in for assistance and get verbally attacked by the lady working and video taping me also the guy working their who I think was management had a nasty disposition as well! People like that should not be able to work with the public period let alone have a management position! Get rid of those two and get people who know how to provide proper customer service!

Bryant was disrespectful and rude. He was unwilling to put out any effort to help me find the product I was looking for. He told me that items were included with my phone purchase, and then tried to charge me nearly $200 extra for all of the “included” accessories. Thankfully I looked over my charges before completing the transaction. I asked him to remove all of the accessories, and then kindly suggested that he not tell customers in the future that they are included if they cost extra. He argued repeatedly with me about how “included” was part of the jacked up price he was giving me. When I argued that it was poor customer service, he asked if I wanted the phone or not and then walked away from me mid-transaction to help 3 other customers before returning without apology. If the phone I wanted was available anywhere else nearby, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I won’t return here as long as he is employed at this location.

Very rude I went in too make a payment and I did but my wife did it earlier so we were charged 2 times and called them and the guy hung up on me he told me when I was there she came in and paid the reactivation fee and that was it and I told him that didn't make sense but he said it was good they are lier s and out too get the people I do not recemed them at all

Great place.Cricket has been the best cellphone provider I’ve ever had honestly.The team here is super helpful and kind.The manager was very supportive and understanding with my concerns of my phone plan and I left content and happy!Recommend coming to Corvallis for all your Cricket Wireless needs!10/10 would recommend. It’s worth the drive from Albany to get a great team!

I rate it a 2 because of courtesy toward customers from the store. I arrived at the store around 2 and doors were locked and it was hard to see but a hand written note was on the door saying something about out to lunch and be back soon. It gave no time frame or when the person/people left to lunch. So I waited 5 - 10 minutes, then left and killed time and came back maybe 15-20 minutes after. I then saw 2 other people waiting outside in the scorching weather. Yes, it was in the 90s. So I then waited another 10 - 15 minutes and still nobody showed up. So I ran another errand for about 10 minutes or so and came back and luckily somebody was there. PLEASE show respect and give more detailed information on when you are not available. Your site says you are open, your voice mail says nothing about taking breaks, and you are the only Cricket provider in my area. Now I have to baby sit and next time, if there is one, I get to call you and ask you specifically if you are taking lunch any time soon so I don't screw myself by driving 10 minutes or so to find out you're out of the store for who knows how long.
