The owner is VERY sweet and kind. I rented a unit for about 3 months; it was clean, dry, and had plenty of space. The parking lot is great for pulling a truck and trailer through as well. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Thank you.

I've been renting from this place for more than a year now. Yvonne is amazing, friendly, and just a beautiful and kind spirit. Her rates are fair and she is quite accommodating as well.

Needed last minute storage at the end of the year and they had one slot left! It was an amazing deal and everything went smoothly moving things in and out. The location feels safe to store things and their agreement is very fair. 5/5 would recommend to any OSU students moving out/in

Best rental place in town! After a six month contract we committed to an additional month, but things changed. At the last minute we emptied the unit and with just a few days notice Yvonne was nice enough to waive the rental fee for the month we'd committed to. Great people, very easy to work with, and nice facilities. I highly recommend!

At first I was surprised by the location, but it turned out to be very convenient. The owners were helpful and accommodating, and the price was right. Be sure to check it out if you need storage.

Absolutely THE best storage facility in Corvallis. (And I called several) Very professional and also kind folks. There's a reason they may have a waiting list... they have repeat customers! Give them a call if you are needing storage! 5 stars for sure!!

Fair priced for month to month... but beware if u pay in advance ....the owner will not give u your money back.... nice to get your business but truly a hateful old man 👴. Not impressed by his business ethics
