There prices are out of hand just raised the rent on a 5x10 unit unheated no light by 50 dollars a month to 194.00 totally out of hand for the unit I would take my stuff to the dump before I ever rented from these crooks again and I suggest anyone using them to look around most expensive in town I got a 5x10 elsewhere and am only paying 75.00 per month again don't use them they are just ripping people off

Manager was unwilling to work with me. I rented the storage unit and was unfortunately not able to stay in Corvallis. I emptied the unit by the end of the month and when I spoke to the manager in the office, she said that they would charge me for 30 days even though it was now available for someone else by July 1st. Storage units are in very high demand ( per Corvallis storage when I rented the unit) and I know they could rent it easily. They would not work with me. I also left a voice message the day I drove away and did not get a call back until I followed up and left a message with Willem in the front office. People just aren’t personable anymore when they could be.

This place will nickle and dime as much as possible. I lost the key to my unit and they told me theyd cut the lock for me for $50?!?! I'll do it myself thanks. Every single little thing that *should* come with a storage unit is tacked on and upcharged. Sure they're the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for...

Just rented a storage unit for the summer and the process was very easy and very detailed. They were willing to work with me and gave me half off the first months rent… Definitely recommended it to other students. Grant was super helpful in the process

I called the office to reserve a unit and Fallon was very helpful and efficient, making the booking process fast and easy. They recognized our name from a previous contact and couldn’t have been more pleasant. We’ll definitely rent with Corvallis Self Storage again in the future!

On line system works great, everything was done with few clicks then just showed up to sign and get my key and the gate code. Storage was clean and very accesible, support is so friendly, I was not doing correctly with the code to leave the premise on a Sunday and they went to help me in less than 30 minutes.

Prices are very good , especially when you are a student. Falyn set me up in an easy access location, that was secure and perfect for storing my items over an extended summer break. Highly recommend.
