Ask for a younger doctor if able. And if you need weekend or overnight items find a different PCP.
Otherwise bene here for years same as my father.

Incredibly helpful and caring. They took the extra time and care to help me and mine through a very difficult virus. Would recommend 10/10 times.

I like my doctor just fine, but they are terrible to get a hold of on the phone, cancel last minute but charge you if you cancel last minute, and make you jump through hoops to get an appointment for multiple issues.
UPDATE…. This has happened not once but TWICE now! For both of my appointments scheduled over a month in advance when I have to drive an hour to get there. Cancelled morning of with less than 2 hours notice. Will not be rescheduling.

If you can not accept new patients say so on your home page and don't make people who want medical care to have to get to the application process before finding out. Also on your medicare page you only list medicare part C plans. You should state if you take medicare part B or not.

CFM was my primary care through my college years in Corvallis, and I genuinely miss them SO much. I've battled pretty severe chronic pain my entire life and definitely developed a bit of an aversion to doctors, so working with Dr. Brianne Smith was beyond a relief in comparison. I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith, and I am infinitely grateful for her work and kindness throughout my journey in self-discovery. I felt so comfortable every time I visited CFM - which is not a common feeling in doctors' offices due to my gender identity and complex issues - and I was listened to and considered every appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Smith and CFM enough. They truly saved my life.

Website is difficult to navigate. When trying to fill out a new patient form and trying to find which insurance is accepted, the link doesn’t take you to a page where this information is provided, nor does it show a tab where this information may be provided.

I have been going to this practice since I was a teenager and continue to come here (even though I moved almost an hour away), including bringing my own children and teenagers. I have always felt heard and well taken care of. Dr. Rampton, my primary phyisician, goes out of his way to provide thoughtful care.

This place has 1 great doctor who is retiring and everyone else there is a complete joke and liars. The first doctor they gave us couldn't actually take anyone's insurance for the better part of a year so we had to go to whoever was available. We've been misdiagnosed 4 times in a row and eventually sent to a dermatologist for another issue. We've been rejected for routine vaccinations after being told no appointment was needed to come in and have those done. We've given them time after time of opportunities to do better and they fail us consistently between 4 separate patients in our family who have had very minimal medical needs over the past two years. Will be moving elsewhere and would recommend new patients beware, you will be disappointed at every turn.

They are now charging patients up to $350 to reschedule appointments within 24 hrs.Ask if greed in the US medical system wasn't bad enough as it is.

Love my doctor love the staff, but if it takes 30 minutes to answer a phone call maybe you need additional clerical assistance.
