“My experience with this location was the best experience I’ve had with U-Haul ever. I moved from grants Pass to Corvallis I originally booked ahead of time in grants Pass, there was an error conducted by the grants pass location that left me without a truck. I had no other option but to search around to local Uhaul facilities scrambling to find anything available for me on the day of my move it was stressful and all because of an error conducted by a representative in grants Pass, all I found was a truck that was larger than I needed and to top it off when I went to get the truck it was disgustingly dirty that combined with getting a truck that is more than I needed led to me paying way more money than necessary and spent tons of money on gas, not good! I let it go and continued on with the process and dropped off the uhaul truck at my destination in Corvallis. But when arriving there the customer service and professionalism and understanding that I received from the Corvallis location from a representative by the name of Luke was outstanding the best experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service which is rare to find these days, after dropping off the vehicle I communicated to Luke the struggle that I had in and inconvenience that I was put through unnecessarily, he expressed great concern and genuine assistance. He said that he would do his best to assist me and he did, he also communicated to a manager my situation I then received a callback from the manager and thanks to Luke and the manager they assisted me with resolving the matter professionally and respectfully I’m very thankful for the experience and highly recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul truck and looking for great customer service.
