The customer service and personal touch of their staff is superb. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise in all banking matters as well as protecting my information. The online staff is also very responsive and professional.

Awful experience. Apparently they've been having issues with people parking in the "private lot" I parked and gathered my bag only to be bum rushed by some Karen out there doors. She told me that I could only park here if I was a customer of the bank. I told her I was and it was like she allowed me to enter. She didn't even hold the door for me after she ran up to me from inside. She's some blonde lady. I should have asked her name but I felt attacked. Just because I look younger does not mean that I don't physically go to the bank, I'm still a customer. I'll be going to other locations or banking online from now own.

Condescending employees, changes in account fees without notice, and generally a type of bank that is very motivating to switch to a Credit Union.

I have a business in the building that faces their parking lot. The parking problem in downtown Corvallis is well-known, and made quadruple by city parking tickets costing employees, owners ane students 4 times as much. Instead of being a good neighbor with the parking they have, exponentilally more than they ever need, they took it upon themselves to MISTAKENLY think my car was there for 2 days (actually, it was simply the same spot two days in a row) and had it towed. They didn't seem to care in the least that it cost me $495.00 for that towing. Instead, I was told the parking is for bank customers. Needless to say, I won't ever open an account with them now.

I have banked with this bank for over 20 years and have had great experience with them. They are fair about things, the management that I deal with is awesome, and they always welcome me when I walk through the door.

What kind of bank doesn't have ATMs and doesn't open any of their locations until 10am. We open our drive-in Windows at 9am but you can't do anything at them but deposit or withdrawal money. And there management treats the customers like trash. Horrible bank..

they used to be one of the best banks around , now they are just as bad as us bank they are denying every purchase i am making even ones that are recurring monthy payments stay away they are s*** now got all my money in there but can not even pay my car payment the f****** basterds

I am thoroughly impressed with Citizens Bank. After numerous bad experiences with big financial institutions, I was referred by a friend to Citizens Bank Corvallis. When she accompanied me to open an account, people knew her by name. I opened my accounts at the downtown branch, though I regularly bank at another branch now. Over the years since then, the incredibly professional service with a personal touch has won incredible customer loyalty from me. They now know me by name, and often recognize my voice when I call. I recently had a special/unusual request for the folks in the online banking department due to my frequent international travel. I received very quick, professional and caring service... with follow-up as promised. Thank You, VC! All of my accounts are online, and I use the system regularly. It is easy and user friendly, for someone who doesn't like to spend a lot of time dealing with the technology of the system. I just want to get the transaction done, and move on. It often seems that good customer service is a thing of the past. Dealing with systems that are unfriendly and customer service reps who don't know and don't care can be quite frustrating. Citizens Bank has repeatedly and continuously proven to me that good customer service IS attainable, when it is a priority for the leadership of an organization! Thank You, Citizens Bank!
