Absolutely the slowest ATM machine I've ever encountered, I actually felt unsafe just standing there for so long withdrawing cash.

It seems like every time I come in to talk to someone they are not available or there on break and no one else can help me, I have a lot of money invested in this bank but they don't want to let it go and I get the run around not happy with this bank

Atm likes to do this cool thing where it reads your paycheck and doesnt give you any of your money, causing one and their family to go hungry. Thanks chase you offically lost my business

I deposited a check in the ATM at this branch and after chase had possession, it somehow got into the hands of a thief who cashed it for themselves. Be very wary of the money or checks you give to them, as it is clear that they allow opportunity for fraud to happen withing their company, whether it be their employees or the employees of the company who manages the ATMs. After hours and many days talking to customer service and employees at a branch, they have no desire to investigate the whereabouts of the missing check or even investigate where they lagged in security to allow the check to get stolen in the first place. Fraud is happening at this bank right now and it's not being looked into, so please do yourself a favor and switch banks before it happens to you.

I was in a conundrum with my bank at home and was forced to open new personal and business banking accounts while traveling out of the state. I was THRILLED with how attentive Erica Meacham was to helping with every single aspect of setting up new personal and business accounts and getting me on the right road. She made it clear that she wasn't going to waste my time trying to sell me a bunch of financial products. She was attentive to every detail of my financial life. I would highly recommend banking with her.
