The service at this location sucked no one had any empathy what so ever. Where not helpful at all and they weren’t disrespectful but not helpful.Chase over all has not been a good experience for me and I have been with them for years. Today I will be closing my account and will never give them a good word. They charge for having an account, never have answers, and could care less about you as a person.

I would love to give this place five stars just because of the cashier but they raised everything to $1.25 and I had no clue I only had $10 and it came to 11 and the cashier was so nice that he paid my extra dollar that was amazing. But how did I not know that everything is no longer $1 per item they are $1.25 now. Not really the Dollar tree anymore now is it it's the one and a quarter Dollar tree LOL

Can’t even cash pay roll checks when are employer has a bank with chase. Then they try to charge you $8 to cash it what a joke this place is.

I am an account holder. Every time I come to this branch they are unable to help with simple things such as; rolled quarters (they won’t give more than one roll) notary services (said she was short staffed and advised me to drive to the other branch across town.) Not a good bank. Overall poor management.

I lived in Corvallis for two years, and the folks at this Chase branch were always so friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile, and transactions and services were always pain-free and efficient. I always appreciated that these folks were professional and friendly.

If I could give this bank negative stars I would. I needed to open an account to receive international direct deposits and that was beyond my beloved Credit Union. Chase was offering the best signup bonus, I read about it online and it seemed it applied to me so in I went. The bank boy who set up my account LIED and said nope those discounts don't apply to you, he was a big imposing banker in a tie and I'm just little old me so who am I to disagree--he's the expert. So we went through an endless signup process and at least I had an account to receive that money. I sent the bank info off that night to the international people and they said all is good your first payment will be 20 September. Then my husband asked what bonus I got. White men are used to getting all kinds of perks, I guess. I said I guess I didn't qualify. So we looked at the web together and from what we read it says I sure as hell DID qualify and I was quite annoyed that I had been lied to and misled. So I went to the bank to get the error rectified and I had to go all the way to the branch manager so she set up something for me. The bonus was set to hit when the first direct deposit hit woo hoo! 20 September came and went but nothing happened. I logged into the app and it turned out I had TWO accounts and I thought oh maybe it was the 2nd account that was set up for the direct deposit after I gave them the info, and that's why it failed. and by the way this account is going to get hungry and start incurring fees or maybe even autoclose, so maybe I better prime it with some of my own money. I went to the bank to request only one account with all the goodies attached to it and you can close the other one I only need ONE. I had to go all the way to the manager for this, too, which seems weird but she did it for me and I gave the account a hefty little deposit. So I go home that evening and log into the app Imagine my dismay to find that it said I had NO OPEN ACCOUNTS, begging the question WHERE DID MY MONEY GO THEN? I called their customer service. After waiting on hold they dropped the call. I called back, had to wait twice as long and told that I couldn't call the rep directly in case the call was dropped but all she told me was that I would have to go to the branch on Monday and sort it out. I was LIVID. How can you close my account by accident and then put money in it!!! And why was I not given any communications that I was approaching the 60 day grace period. And I take issue with them closing the account on October 1, when it was opened on August 3, that's 59 days not 60 days by my count. Well what happened was that it was actually the 60 day auto close (another lie, because they closed it in 59) and there was some latency exactly when I was putting the $$$ in and it went in limbo, and when I found out and went in and tried to get it out they said they would mail me a cheque in 2 weeks. The cheque is in the mail? Where have I heard that one before? And then of course with deJoy's post office it will get lost or delayed and TIME IS MONEY PEOPLE, and no one knows that better than banks. Well I wasn't having that so back I go to the branch manager. She figured out a way to open a new account and move the $$$ into it and I could get it all out the next day. Thank God that actually worked smoothly and I am through with Chase forever. Kudos to to the manager for doing what she could for me and I'm sorry she has to work in such a horrible institution and now I need to find out why the international people never paid out when they said they would but that's not about Chase bank.

This bank and its employees go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers(me). Very thankful for the entire staff at Circle Blvd Chase in Corvallis, OR.
