“I went here twice. The first time was to clean up a car that had a mouse die in the AC ducts. He did the job well and cheaply and was very forthcoming with options and pricing. The second time, I went to him when I was selling my 1986 Toyota pickup and I just asked him to make it nice for selling. Again, he gave me a number of options and degrees of work. His most elaborate recommendation came with a price tag comparable to a reasonably nice (not fancy) dinner, yet he still quoted this price with some embarrassment as though it were astronomical. I then told him to take that maximum quote and just do as much as he could for that money. All this assessment and quoting took place on the Friday I took the truck to him and the actual job on the immediately following Monday. I recommend him heartily based on good communication, pleasant personality, fast and competent work.”

“I found it hard to get a clear understanding of what this place offers before going. I tried calling several times (no answer), read the whole website, and reviews, but it still wasn't what I expected when I arrived.

It is one giant dogwash machine in a very humid small room. A rather loud all-in-one with a liquid hose and an air hose. Ten dollars gets you ten minutes of the machine. You can choose water (which was too hot for our puppy, it should have been bath temp but it was borderline hot, and there's not way to control this), soapy water, blow dry, or disinfect. Soaps include apple scented shampoo, flea shampoo, and conditioner. The soap just gets mixed into the water hose. There doesn't appear to be a way to just add a few minutes. You have to add ten more minutes for ten dollars.

Lastly, there's a sign saying to disinfect the tub after each use, but apparently that has to be part of the 10 minutes you pay for. If you used your time washing your dog and then want to disinfect as asked, you'd have to pay another $10.

I think if you knew what you were getting and wanted to give your dog a quick wash, AND your dog isn't scared by loud noises, it's a pretty nice option. But for a thorough wash of a medium to large or hairy dog, it'll be $20. Additionally, since there's just one tub, you may find yourself waiting for someone like we did.

On the upside, no dog hair in my shower, and they're open fairly late.”

“A bit expensive, but wonderful and thorough service and a kinda cool car-wash experience if you find these things interesting. Quality wax - my car has looked great for weeks since this wash despite the summer dust and the amount of pollen in my area.”
