She even gave me an upgrade to an SUV that was easier on my knee's when getting in & out of the rental : ). Tiffany and Shereace were also very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. They all treat you like family and will go above & beyond for you!!!! My SUV was clean inside and out. Price is right and they were very accommodating esp. since I didn't know when our truck was going to be out of the auto body shop. I will definitely use them again!
