I live-chatted with the store associates and received a response within 12 hrs that my book had just not arrived to the store yet but just got in and they would process it. I received the textbook the following morning. I was frustrated at first with the lack of information about where my textbook was but the follow through to get me my textbook very quickly after reaching out to the bookstore made me feel good about buying through osu bookstore again.
