“Our 2000 Xterra had an ignition issue that left my kids in a lurch, and the local dealer was backed up 3 weeks. I called around and Nicks was the only place that was able to fit us in on short notice, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Matt was great, they got us in quickly, and once the part arrived (not surprising, given the age of the car) they got it installed and they're back on the road. They'll be our go to shop going forward.”
“Great price, quick service, excellent communication (Melissa is awesome!). I had a window leak that required the windshield to be replaced. They treated for rust under the old one which I'm happy about. Passenger seal looks good. Driver side seal is all screwed up. I'm not happy with this windshield. I spoke to one of the employees and he said it likely came from the window manufacturer that way. This slipped past the mfr quality control and A-1 which really shouldn't happen. It can't be fixed unless replacing the windshield again since it's a part of the window. I spoke to Melissa and she took care of all my concerns so all I have to do now is wait 14 days for the urethane to cure and then schedule a time for replacement. I'll bump the update to 5 star if that works out.”

“I had a great experience here, I brought my car in for a coolant leak and front strut replacement. They did a fantastic job, I got a text within an hour of drop off letting me know what the check engine light and coolant leak issue were! My car drives smoother than it ever has with the new struts! I highly recommend!! I'm a young college age girl and did not feel I was being taken advantage of in any way. They did exactly what I told them to do with no pushing of anymore repairs, even went through a general check up and said my car is in great shape! “A friend of mine dropped my 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser off at Ken Fischer after hours as they have a convenient key drop-box and as I was out of the country. The vehicle was having starting issues that I narrowed down to either the starter or starter connections. The shop diagnosed it as the starter and called to inform me of the issue and provide a quote. I asked them to email me the quote, which they did, and I told them I would have to sleep on it (as the starter for this vehicle is in the valley of the engine under the intake manifold – lots of labor in the pricing). I called back the next day to verbally confirm that I would like them to go ahead and do what was on the quote and that I knew that a knock sensor was faulty and confirmed that I agree to the replacement of the knock sensor if needed. A few days later, when I was back in the country, I stopped by the shop to drop off a remote start to see if they would be able to install it and, if so, provide me with another quote. Tony and I discussed what else the vehicle needed (a couple fuel injectors and injector seals for which he sent me a quote), and I left under the assumption that I would receive a different quote for the remote start installation. I would then decide if I wanted to do the injectors. With a miscommunication – a presumed customer approval on the companies part – I was confused when I received a call the following day that my vehicle was ready. When I showed back up to the shop, the price was $800 more expensive than the original quote. It was then that I found out that they had already replaced the injectors and injector seals (before I went to the shop) without customer (my) approval. I give this review 4 stars because although they did work without customer approval, Tony was more than understanding and ended up not charging me for the work that was not originally discussed/quoted. The miscommunication was resolved and I was more than grateful that he was able to work with me. I would go back as they are nice and knowledgeable people, but doing work without clear and concise customer approval is a big red flag.”
“I had an excellent experience today in the service department at Wilson Motors in Corvallis. I purchased my Jeep there in November and brought it in for a 3000 mile bumper-to-bumper check up and oil change (which a friend had told me is unofficially recommended for every new car at between 2500 and 3000 miles for the longevity of the engine).Although ironically they were short staffed, and it was a Monday morning and they were clearly quite busy, I received absolutely top-notch service. Jacob couldn't have been any more gracious and helpful, and even funny. I had a couple of additional questions and a couple of requests and he took care of everything with the utmost professionalism.A little over an hour later I got my Jeep back (they even washed it )along with a check list of everything that had been addressed. And there was NO CHARGE for any of it as my warranty (and their graciousness) covered it.One of the most satisfying car experiences I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
“My son's (a student at OSU) car was vandalized Nov. '23. The fuel door and gas cap were stolen plus the gas tank showed more volume than when he parked it. Auto Tech drained the tank, added injector fuel cleaner, replaced the gas cap and fuel door with factory parts also added five gallons of fresh fuel. They took care of him all in one day. “Had a dead battery, and no way to get it jumped myself. Called these guys, and within 10 minutes, I was good to go. Super friendly guy showed up, guy I spoke with on the phone was very polite and obviously very efficient at getting someone out to me immediately. Price was about $100 less than I was anticipating, so it was a seriously wonderful surprise, considering the first surprise of my day was absolutely terrible?

“So came to Dallas Oregon spent almost $79 on an oil change just to notice this morning that there was all my oil on the ground due to my oil sensor leaking you would think that the tech would have noticed that but they didn't even wait that long for oil pressure to rise they just was in a hurry to push us out I'm not happy its costing me $140 for new part and then I have to put more oil back in thanks jiffy for not having my car looked at correctly”
