Kali does my hair and I have been in twice to see her, every time I walk out feeling like I have the best hair I have ever had. She always styles it so beautifully, but I do have curly hair and I have struggled to find cuts that can be styled curly and straight. She has such an intuitive understanding of hair and gives me exactly what I am looking for. Would definitely recommend!

I truly cannot recommend Kim enough to do your brows! I have gotten my brows done and touched up by her for the last year and a half and I am so happy with them. Getting your brows tattooed makes your life so much easier and they’re always perfect! Kim is so much fun and such a kind hearted person- if you’re thinking about getting your brows done I strongly suggest going to Kim, you won’t regret it! ❤️

I booked with Jillian. My services cost $400 and took nearly 7 hours. I wasn't happy with how it turned out as it wasn't lightened properly so I went in again for a consultation with Jillian to see what would need to happen to fix it. Jillian recommended I go to Alta and get products to fix it which was frustrating because I paid $400 for the hair appointment but it looked like something I could have done at home. I went to another salon for a second opinion and they said it would cost over $300 to fix it and that I'm entitled to get a full refund. I called and talked with the Manager Stephanie who gave two options, partial refund or to redo it with another stylist. When I called Adore again with my decision, I talked with the owner, Alexis, and related what had happened, asked about the differences in prices from what I was charged and what the website said, and also explained the results from the second opinion from the other salon. She told me that I will only get a partial refund and moving forward I am not welcome as a client, then she hung up on me.

I had the best experience here. They were easy to book with. (Love online booking!) and every staff member I encountered was wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. After loving it so much I booked all 3 of my kids: 6, 13 and 16 haircuts and they all had great experiences. Cuts looked great, and the care and service, kindness and respect they have for the clients is so apparent!

Went in for a quoted price and upon leaving was charged (plus tip automatically added) over double the price! Over $300 to highlight my just below shoulder length hair?! This girl was stalling in the back w/her boyfriend, took 15 minutes to mix a bowl of color, said she had to make a 2nd bowl later on of which she dipped into only once or twice. I got an email notification while waiting forever that I made multiple appointments back to back of which I did NOT. No one else was there. The place was empty other than the 2 of us the entire time. She also told me about Olaplex and how good it is for my hair only to find out she used it withOUT asking me and charged me for it as well toner. My hair ended up frizzy and flat. I was also charged for "gloss" that I don't even know if she actually used. She was so impersonal and rude and SLOW. To the point that it was on purpose to probably charge more? Terrible. I had my hair done in California a year ago, same length of hair but much better service and my hair turned out awesome for only $150. I asked for white blonde and got dark blonde brownish. I showed her a photo of my previous hair and she said she could do it (for the price quoted) and it turned out nothing like it at all for over double price????

Got the best haircut from Kali! She was very friendly, meticulous, and took her time to ensure I loved my haircut and styling. I plan to go back to her!

I've been here 3 times in the past year- each with a different stylist. They've all been good but I really liked my most recent visit with Jillian. She listened, made a few suggestions, and then proceeded to give me a great cut/style! Services are pricey here, but of high quality, and the salon itself is very nice. I recommend Adore, and Jillian in particular!

Substituted my technician for waxing. I called and asked about it and they asked if I'd try them and I said okay. I should have asked more questions like when was the last time they did a wax. Technician was very sweet and apologetic but clearly doesn't do waxing. Said she was asked if she could do it because other technician left and said she could. Mentioned she learned in school but doesn't do waxing ~ specializes in hair which I am sure she's very good at. Wax wasn't hot enough, I have tears under both eyebrows and had to start plucking chin and lip this morning. I have never had this previously. Sore yes but tears, no. I am not using name as they did the best they could. Their mistake was saying they could do something they clearly don't have much experience in and my mistake was assuming they would not schedule someone to do a waxing without sufficient experience to do it safely. The tears are painful to the touch and I am worried they'll scar. Hopefully not!

I had a hair consult at this salon a month ago (October 3rd) where I spoke with stylist Shawnee Hoff and we developed a whole plan for how we would do my hair color. She gave me several ideas for ways to do it without using bleach which I was excited about because I don't want to damage my hair any more than necessary. I booked an appointment a month out for today (Nov 7th) to do the coloring. Yesterday after I had already confirmed my appointment, I got an automated email letting me know my stylist had been changed. I'd already confirmed the appointment so I didn't think there was a way to cancel at that point in time. I assumed someone from the salon would call to let me know what happened and why my appointment was changed like that but I didn't get any call or explanation. I showed up to my appointment this morning with the other stylist having no idea what I'd discussed at my consult. When I started to explain, she said it wouldn't be possible to do what Shawnee and I had discussed. She also told me her fees are dramatically higher than Shawnee's and recommended I reschedule for a time Shawnee would be available to avoid paying double what I was quoted. I asked why I was scheduled with someone else without a call asking if it would be okay (as it was becoming clear to me I'd given up most of my day for a service that would not be happening at this point) and was told that the stylist I had scheduled with got sick and no one called to tell me. This was a huge disappointment. I was so excited for my hair color service I'd been waiting for for a month and left with nothing done and advice to try scheduling it again. The communication from the salon was incredibly lacking. For coloring services that usually take a few hours, it would have been really helpful to get some kind of phone call to let me know it would be cancelled when I got there.

Camille is amazing! I just moved to the Albany/Corvallis area and have been looking for a stylist. I needed an appointment quickly for color/cut and was able to get in within 2 days with Camille. She did an incredible job taking my inspiration photos and making the perfect color to flatter my features. Not to mention a flawless cut! Safe to say I will be a return client for years to come.Services: Haircut

I cannot recommend Kim enough! She is professional, so friendly and one of the best stylists I've ever seen. I've had bad experiences and am usually pretty anxious seeing someone new. Kim was so communicative, listened to what I wanted and then talked me through what was realistic for where my hair was at and gave me realistic expectations, that she exceeded. I've bow gone back to her 3 times and have since sent my mom, who also is rarely happy with her hair cuts and loved what Kim did. Go to Adore, and see Kim. She's amazing at everything. I have blonde hair and extensions and my mom has mature short hair and she did phenomenology for both of us!
