Went their for a passport photo. Lady that helped me seemed annoyed and had a very bad customer service. She also gave me 2 blurry photos! I had to go and take new ones. Never visiting this location again. Save your time and money.

For five consecutive months my daughter has received a notification that her prescription is available for pickup. Yet after I arrive to get it the only thing that is available to get are excuses and they have a LOT of those regarding why the prescription isn't available. This game of notification and then non-availability will happen 2-3 times each month.I've attempted to contact their corporate office but the online portion to 'Contact Us' is rigged so that when you select the location of the Walgreens it takes you to a different page. Once at the new page you cannot select the location and return to your narrative.Too many impediments to getting a simple prescription renewed. So... moving on to a reliable pharmacy.

The worst customer service in their pharmacy. I had a scheduled appointment for 6pm. A lady who came after me and had an appointment for 615pm was attended to before me. I was courteously waiting for them to call me because I can see they were busy. I waited until 635pm to ask when they would get me in. Only to find out that I wasn't waiting for anything! I was left to wait again for another 10mins without anyone telling me what was going on. I got so frustrated I cancelled my appointment and left. This location's pharmacy is a disgrace to the Walgreens chain. Not deserving of the 1 star. I only marked it cause the post won't go through.

A 6 o'clock flu shot APPOINTMENT, not a walk in, I was 5 minutes early, it is now 6:45, are you serious? Absolutely ridiculous! And not ok, people have lives, that is why we make appointments. And there is nothing I can do, so frustrating!

I have a serious injury and needed to pick up the pain medication, while I wait for total shoulder replacement. Sit in the drive thru, behind 2 cars, for about 35 minutes. When I get to the window, the blinds are closed and there is just a note there for you. Basically piss off. Come back in 45 minutes. It was like 1:45pm in the afternoon. I was pissed off, could they let you know about stuff like this any other way, maybe before making those in agony sit so long and read the note on the window? Most people don't go to the pharmacy enough to know that it's closed for an hour around 2pm - WTF???

The pharmacy needs to educate their employees. Doctor sent the prescriptions 8 hours earlier and the continued to say they had nothing. Customer service is a low priority to them. Just DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Not a good Pharmacy. One star is the lowest I can give they deserve a negative star's.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Get notification saying RX are ready. Go there and they have nothing. On top of that, 4 out of the last 5 times I have been there during the hours they have posted and there was no pharmacist on staff so I couldn't the prescriptions. I highly recommend NOT going here.

I got an automated message that part of my prescription was ready. It also said they close at 8pm. Drove an hour to the pharmacy (the only one to carry the medicine, as all other Walgreens were out of it) and when I got there at 6:45pm, they were closed. Sign on the door said they had to close early "due to staffing shortages". Ugh.

HuhWhere do I startFirst to transfer my refills for a different location .Some how the refills got a bit of lost in translation , but the alert email states different.Out of stock item ,one of the staff was eating on the floor and chitchatting with another staff member inquired if there any more in stock ,waiting on response NOTHING no feedback.Annoyed customer.

Recently, the pharmacy nearest my home closed. The pharmacy sent my prescriptions to Walgreens Cornelius, nearly doubling my travel miles for pickup. Notice the attached picture reflects both store and pharmacy hours. I called ahead verifying my prescription was ready and arrived at 1:45 to pick it up, only to find out the pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2:15, which is pretty late for common lunch hours 11-1.
