With COVID continuing to spread and even getting worse again, not a single person in the pharmacy - a medical facility with supposedly medical personnel - was wearing a mask. I seemingly know more about how COVID spreads and its effects than any of these so-called medical staff. Insane.

I have a serious injury and needed to pick up the pain medication, while I wait for total shoulder replacement. Sit in the drive thru, behind 2 cars, for about 35 minutes. When I get to the window, the blinds are closed and there is just a note there for you. Basically piss off. Come back in 45 minutes. It was like 1:45pm in the afternoon. I was pissed off, could they let you know about stuff like this any other way, maybe before making those in agony sit so long and read the note on the window? Most people don't go to the pharmacy enough to know that it's closed for an hour around 2pm - WTF???

Go somewhere else if you are in a rush- like most medical facilities this pharmacy is inundated with orders and customers and does not have enough staff- however- I call my order in ahead and get a text message and go inside when it’s done to save gas(and not get stuck in a single line of cars outside). The staff is friendly especially the pharmacy techs and they care about their customers. They are always kind to me and helpful.

On top of having small issues pretty frequently here, they supposedly open at 9am on a Wednesday but here it is 9:15 and the pharmacy is still closed.

Pathetic service. Since I transferred over from the now-closed Bi_mart Pharamcy, I have been struck by the dour and not very helpful staff at Walgreens, but things have come to a bad head. I broke my leg yesterday and the ER doctor sent in a prescription for pain meds. Here I am, over 26 hours later, with no filled prescription; all I get on automated phone/web thing is that the "pharmacist is reviewing the order"! Outrageous! I am hurting. Impossible to get a real human being on their phone when I need to fix something or check on an urgent issue. Very sad operation. I will be going elsewhere, and fast!

They are pretty slow and I truly wish the drive through was a quicker option. On top of that it’s always a hassle to get urgent orders in and taken care of. We’ve recently started just taking out business elsewhere.

I went in two days ago to get my medication, and the first thing they did was to split the medication into two different brands. They never informed me of this, only after paying. I indicated that the brands produced different reactions and I wanted consistency. After asking to check if they had the first brand, they didnt even bother to do so. Then asking if they could call the other pharmacy to check - "oh we are closing up here". No consideration for patients in the middle of Covid 19, and the pharmacist there who was duty , she was completely unempathetic. @Walgreens if you want to retain a customer reach out to me. If you dont, I'll go work with the pharmacy that cares another 10 miles down the road from me. But for the rest, I'd avoid this place!

I just called the store because I was having issues with a online covid appointment. Megan was able to help me confirm and let me know I was all set to head in. I was very impressed with her determination in helping me with my situation. She made my day!!

Alexa the Pharmacist is the rudest, most unsympathetic angry person I have ever came across in the medical industry. As someone who is an assistant manager in a business that is completely customer service ran, I would never in YEARS imagine snapping at a mom asking the wait time while her daughter is crying and gagging after getting 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. It wasn't just us either, each customer she was speaking to (ripping heads off of) was getting that treatment. Highly advise staying away from that pharmacy. As the daughter who's mouth is swollen, bleeding, and completely numb, she really pressed home that the mean girls in highschool go into the medical industry just to be rude and control people who are in pain. Very disappointed since this walgreens has always been able to provide great service every other visit.

Made an appointment online for a vaccination, was told that fairly rudely, that they don't see the appointments and don't follow them. Literally no point in having appointments then. I would have came in two hours ago. The lady who administered the shot was great though.

Following my fiancé's surgery, which ran late into the day, we discovered that the hospital pharmacy was already closed. I knew my local Walgreens was open until 9pm so we arrived at 8:35. We were told the prescription could not be filled today and we would have to wait until the following day. We explained our situation, needed the meds that night, but we're told to visit another Walgreens that was open until 10pm. We visited the other store, 20 minutes away, where they promptly filled our prescription in 10 minutes. As a local business owner, I work very hard to secure positive reviews on Yelp. I have never given a negative review for a business but I felt my dealings with this Walgreens store needed to be exposed. I frequent this store on a regular basis but will never solicit their business again.
