“I think Cricket is a great value and appreciate the fact that they have multiple retail locations near me. I visited this store because they had all the models I was considering to replace the Motorola G Power, which I dropped face down on a concrete floor earlier in the day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a table of snacks and bottled water. Dominque, my salesperson informed me they were reaching out to and thanking the community for their support of local businesses. We spent quite a bit of time comparing models and I eventually settled on a newer version of the same phone. Not only was it familiar and extremely easy to migrate ("Google, set up my device" brought over everything) it is improved in every way! The in-store process is very easy - just be sure you have your PIN with you. I have always been treated great at Cricket stores, and Dominque did not disappoint me at this great Cornelius location.”

“I have had a very difficult time getting my new galaxy book 5g to activate via on line. The so called live assistance and bots were of no use. (actually worthless) I took my device in to this location as a last resort before boxing it up and sending it back. The young man named Sam was wonderful!! he had the issue figured out and my device activated and on line in less then 5 minutes. A big thank you to Sam for outstanding service.”
