Excellent customer service, even if they are very busy they will stop and help you out. I had an awful experience with a different pharmacy trying to get the Covid antiviral, and the Cornelius Fred Meyer staff filled it last minute and had the best customer service. Thank you!

The pharmacy gets the medication right, has reasonable prices, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I have never waited longer at a pharmacy as I have this one. And there is a long wait on literally every visit. It averages 20 to 25 minutes. They have four people working, a line of 15 customers and only ONE person at the counter.

It’s only gotten worse, one pharmacist and one tech with an even worse attitude. The passive aggressiveness is real. Don’t count on picking up RX same day or to wait for it.

Not only do they regularly misplace my prescription and spend a long time having to search for it, the older pharmacist was incredibly patronizing when I asked about whether they offered the RSV vaccine for pregnant women between their 32nd and 36th weeks of pregnancy, which was recently approved and recommended by the CDC. He essentially refused to offer it to me, telling me to do more research (which I had) and when noted that it was approved and recommended by my doctor to receive as soon as it was available for me, the pharmacist continued to argue that my "doctor performs surgeries, but he is a chemist" and that he would be absorbing the liability, not my doctor (which is strange..since I believe I sign a waiver before receiving these vaccines notifying me of any potential risks). He was very vague in not actually sharing helpful information about his concerns with his refusal to give me the vaccine, and instead came across as very unprofessional and patronizing. I became so angry I finally just ended the conversation politely and walked away. I do not recommend this pharmacy, and I certainly do not trust this pharmacist. While it is convenient for us to use this pharmacy, and other staff are very nice there, I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

I like the pharmacy they get medications filled quick the people are very nice . However the pharmacy website security is something else if you accidentally tap the wrong button or put your password into fast it will block you out of account I think in years and years I successfully logged in twice in the rest of times I got blocked lol

The bathroom stall for people that are disabled can't get their wheelchairs or power chairs in it. I can't park my chair outside of the stall and use the bathroom. ADA needs to check this out and have Fred Meyer enlarge their disabled stall for us that need to relieve ourselves.That's my only complaint.

I ordered a prescription to be refilled on 02/02, called on 02/04 to find out how long until it will be ready, pharmacy tech said that they were waiting for it to arrive and that it should be available the next day. No call on the 5th so I called in and was told it was never ordered but that she would place the order that day. Again, no call on the 6th or 7th. Called on the 8th to again be told that it STILL hasn’t even been ordered. I called a week prior to running out of this medication and it’s still not available and now they said it’ll probably be another 2-3 days before they can get it in because no one ordered it 3 times in a row.

Always messing up my grandma's medications and now she's without her high cholesterol meds for who knows how long and that is dangerous! Tried blaming the doctor but it said two refills on her pill bottle! Ridiculous! This is the second time this has happened first with her Zoloft and she was depressed for two weeks! Because she didn't get that one for a month. I will not tolerate anything against my grandmother she is 84 years old she doesn't need any extra stress!!

They price gouge on there gas when others around are 10 cents cheaper a gallon and Costco is 24 cents less.

Fred Meyer Pharmacy used to be my go to place and always filled it on time and had quick good service. Unfortunately now it feels like even if a prescription is sent in they will never have it ready.Multiple times i've had it sent in, called and asked when it would be filled, been given a time. Gone in and had them say it's hours out to be filled. Request to have it filled and i'll come back in the next day, in which it won't be filled and i'll have to do this multiple times unless i can sit and watch them for an hour while waiting.I don't know if their service has just gone off a cliff, or if they just aren't good anymore. Either way i've since taken my requests to Walgreens instead and they fill them on time and have great service.

They are great on fixing my order on line. Their App. Also has a place for you to put your request like we want more green bananas because we don't eat fast enough. The setup is easy to where you park to do the pickup. They are always ready and fast and polite. Thanks for the pickers and pickup team members. We like Cornelius Oregon store.
