“We were helped by an attendant named Richard and he was probably the kindest person to pump gas for me in the entire two years I’ve lived in Portland. It was so hot outside and he still offered to clean my windshields, making more work for himself, but he was right, they were really dirty. Please give this man a raise and tell him we appreciate him so much.”

“This is one of two places with cheap gas in Sandy one at one end of the town, and one of the other. This place is much nicer, and newer. I feel like they lack in employees a bit here. They're only had six cars total in the whole place, including mine. I waited for a moment. The gentleman next to me was feeling himself and said if you want to get gas you may want to get it yourself so I did and I was on empty filled my whole tank by the time I was done putting my cap on the attendant came I was already done, but all was clean much cleaner than the little gas station at the other end of town”

“I really want to commend Chris! I was having trouble getting my gas door open (due to two reasons), and he was able to get it open, and get my car fueled up. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help me.”
“The prices are far lower than anything in the area. The employees are always helpful and kind. I have noticed that the pumps tend to be closed, and at times, it's hard to tell they are until you pull right up to them.I'd love to see a better system in place, because last time I was there, it was somewhat chaotic seeing people pull in and out of the spots after realizing the pumps weren't operating. It's a tight area, not a big deal, but when a driver can't see the pumps aren't operational without pulling in, it becomes a logistical nightmare trying to reverse when other cars are pulling up or waiting.”

The gentleman that works graveyard always helps me pump my gas and will walk me out to make sure i make it to my car safely! He also will fill my 5 large cans to help me out ! “Super friendly and kind staff. Very helpful and late night hours, they do have cooked lunch food available, all sorts which is worth a try because the owners are attentive to people's needs. Views from this gas station rival all other gas station in a several mile radius, you can even see Mt Hood (weather permitting) water for the car and air for your tires is at an additional cost from a 3rd party vendor that accepts credit cards.”

“One of the best places in Washougal to stop and get energy drinks for a good price, they also have great coffee and a beer cave. If you like scratch off tickets they also have a scratch off machine. Gas is kind of expensive. What do you think it's a Shell. Overall this is my favorite convenience store in Washougal. Oh one more thing they do have a hot food section that has everything from corn dogs to deep fried mushrooms.”

“This gas station was a last resort for me. As they charge extra if you use your debit card. Gas is high enough without extra charges but I was in a hurry to get my mom to the doctor so that was my only option. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to pump my own gas as I did not see a gas attendant around so I got out and started trying to figure out how to pump my own gas. Lo and behold he showed up and I got my gas. The gas attendant was courteous once he got to the tank”
“I had the best poop of my entire life. The bathroom was very nice and clean. There was a lot of paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. The radio was playing and it was very calming. It was the nicest gas station bathroom I’ve ever been in. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back.”
“I always love being able to use these and not having to deal with the attendants at public pumps. This particular station is very new and has everything very nice and clean, organized, and neat. There are no amenities at these stations so I mean if you use them you know. The layout is very easy to use and very clearly marked. They could extend the roof a little bit more because here in Oregon it definitely rains and you'll get wet no matter what.”

“For those of us who don't live there, Corbett is the sort of tiny little hamlet that one drives through (in the blink of an eye) on the way to other places, with very few reasons (and places) to stop and shop; the Corbett Country Market is basically the only exception to this rule. You're not even likely to encounter it, unless you happen to be headed to, or returning from Multnomah Falls along the Historic Columbia River Highway (highly recommended for its gorgeous views!), but if you do happen to pass by, a stop here is very recommended!They have everything here, from your standard convenience store staples, snacks and drinks, but also several other outstanding offerings: a hot deli (that includes pizza, chicken, sausages, wings and other things!), fresh baked goods, local produce and products, household supplies and sundries, surprisingly reasonably-priced gasoline (from an ancient, yet charming pump), and even liquor!Despite being out-of-the-way for the majority of Portland Metro residents, the Corbett Country Market has been around for over 100 years, which means they must be doing something right. And based on what I've seen, that "something" is "everything".”
