Staff is friendly. The office ladies always answer or call back in a timely manner. As with most cases I think people call with a bad attitude and don't listen to the people trying to help them and get attitude back. I've never had a problem with any of their services.

They never fill tank on time then don’t answer the phone. Would recommend using someone else if you don’t like being freezing in the winter..

I used Amerigas for years. Without telling me they were no longer coming monthly, I ran out of propane. My heat source, cooking and HW are all on propane. I called and was told they could not come for another week with no specific date. A friend suggested Ron's Propane. I called them and they had a new tank out and filled within 2 hours. And their propane is a lower price than what I had been paying.

Attendant with the glasses and beard working tonight was extremely rude, slammed open my gas cap, ripped gas pump from my car spraying gas all over the side etc. damaged the pain and cap. Will be filing for costs against the company. Very passive aggressive. Clearly dislikes his job and Ron has a real talent for hiring GREAT workers and that’s clear from these reviews..

The gas pump attendant, the guy, was ever so rude. Like pumping my gas was an inconvenience. Then he just hands me my card without a word.

Smelled a gas leak on the propane stove I bought at Farrs. They were booked out and suggested I call my propane company. I called Ron's Oil and Propane. Within a half hour leak was fixed!! Thank You Ron's!

My kids went to get gas. They wanted 10 dollars worth they charges the card 100. Refused to return money. Said we can't fill for 100 it's impossible . Jason in Bandon was attendant and older ruder accomplice.

The owner Eli L* ******* is rude, liar, aggressive, unprofessional, DO NOT do business with Ron’s oil in coquille. I think he is on drugs and very aggressive. The refuse to put gallons on receipt. I believe there stealing from the customers and they made it very clear they don’t care about there customers.

Used 76 credit card, which is supposed to be charged at cash prices. As soon as I got home (minutes) I noticed that I was charged credit price. I immediately called. Now have called three times and have received three excuses. On last call, I was told I would have to wait until next week. Why doe this require the approval of the owner of the company? It was an obvious mistake. Just credit it back! Or is this a way for Ron to make extra profit? How many time does this happen without anyone noticing?

I was picking up a driver app from these guys, Ron came in, eyes red and watery, and he came unglued because I wanted to take the app home and bring it back later. Screaming waving his arms. I've never seen anything like it. The man needs help. Have fun doing business with with this SOB.
