“Nice enough place, but I have to deduct a star because they have a very bad habit of randomly closing 5 or 10m before their listed closing time and causing me to waste a trip. If you close before 10 just list that as your hours, don't lie about it and waste my time.”

His facility is clean, well lit, well organized and he's happy to help you with anything that you need because after all, he is in the business of serving his customers and he does it very well.
