Wells Fargo has single handedly destroyed my credit! SO WISH I HAD NOT PUT MY BUSINESS IN THE HANDS OF THIS BANK!! They charge double the fees!! They report twice on negative divets to your credit! They charge a late fee and a cash advance fee! I don’t trust this COMPANY!!

Unprofessional. A blonde lady embarrassed and belittled me very loudly in front of other costumers when I misunderstood her. The ATM helped me more.

These girls (employees) are just killing it.The corporate criminal organization can rot, and disappear, but it's really been a perfect professional relationship with my home branch employees. They're working hard to survive with the absolutely worthless Wells Fargo Organization.

I wish there was a Minus number I could check if you want a bank that allows zell to hack accounts & does not use secure measures to verify large checks that are fraudulently submitted this is your bank I was a Customer for 50 years only 3 at the coos bay location but they soured me with Wells Fargo I lost $40,000 due to their Stupidity This Bank Sucks & has dishonest employees

WORST wells fargo ! Manager is to busy playing parking lot cop! I'm sorry if it bothers you so much that I park in your empty parking lot. My family has multiple small buisness & we all bank here because we are so close! & I do deposits daily. She was so rude & made up lies that she couldn't give answers too. But go ahead and tow a customers car if that's going to make you feel better! I now understand the low rating!

Drove 2 hours to be told no by on-site advocate. Just needed printout on my IRA. Told to call 800 # only to be hung up on twice. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a bank. I will never do business at Wells ever again. It was obvious they do not want mine. I feel sorry for employees that work there. They need complete change of management. And that will happen when they run off enough business. SAD

The women at the door to greet us was sick.The poor lady must need the money to not have been home in bed. Then the teller keep pulling her mask out from her face to talk to everybody. Very disturbing! Could not wait to get out of there

Kathleen is the best!!! So is the manager at this location. Kathleen was eager to help me out with my account, and how to get a replacement card. Also if your having trouble at the door( Theres an older woman with wavey short hair thats not very helpful ask to speak with the manager, and she’ll help you out) Best Wells Fargo location I’ve ever been to!!

Rude staff, nothing but lies, not even with them three months and S.T threw money down was disrespectful, constantly having to deal with fraud department. Instead of talking to me they whined and cried to big man in charge proceeded to treat me like a child, humiliated me, targeted me instead of investigating the whole situation. So tired of this bank already. Now due to them not notifying me of any issues and kicking me offline so I can't fix anything they closed my account. They put me at risk they don't help at all. Shut this bank down. This has been by far the worst experience in my life with a bank.
