We have purchased and looked at many vehicles at many dealerships. Graham stands out among our experiences as the best we've had. They do not use the typical strong-arm tactics We spoke only with Michael, our salesman, and Amanda, his manager. They listened to what we wanted, and a deal was quickly made. It was not "taken-back" the following day. We were allowed to take our time over a huge decision. We were treated fairly and respectfully. They were quite friendly, and we would definitely deal with them again, even though we live in another state. Thank you!

Huge thank you to Michael Dewitt and the General Manager Amanda at Graham Bay Area Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! I have never made a purchase like this and had a lot of anxiety about everything. Michael was so friendly, patient, understanding, kind in general, was not pushy at all, and had all around good vibes. He made it such a chill and pleasant experience with no anxiety at all! Amanda was also so helpful and contributed to a great experience for me. They both worked together to cut me a nice deal and get me a car that I’m so excited about! For anyone needing a vehicle, I would highly recommend Graham Bay Area!

Worst place on the coast. It would not let me give them less than a star. I sit there and I watched them take advantage of all the old people and people that have no clue about vehicles. They screw everybody over thousands and thousands of dollars they’re horrible.
I literally sat there and watched them play people for fools. For the price they charge and coming from top notch Dealership is one of the worst mechanics I’ve been to across the nation.

Not only did they scratch my truck really really bad cost me over $2000 of detailing, but they put a huge dent on the side. I just can’t believe it. They are the worst shop in town and the dumbest humans I’ve ever met.

I took my pick up in for oil and transmission fluid change, and I got my pickup back with little and black fluid and doors scratched up. The next time I took it there they charged me $700 to change one headlight bulb out and I got my truck scratched up worse than ever. I don’t know what the deal there scratching my vehicle every visit.

Super helpful any time I have a question
The service center and mainly parts department have been there to answer any questions I’ve had about my vehicle even though it’s soon to be 20 years old, in only a few short hours these guys can find the parts I was searching days for. Paul has been very kind and has been the main person that I have spoken with and gotten information from, he always has a good attitude and I know when I work with him he will get back to working with me as soon as he possibly can and that helps me feel more at ease to be working with him. I hope to continue to see Paul at graham bay for as long as I continue to go, and they are the first people I call if I have a question I can’t find the answer to on my own.
