Also, his charge was a couple hundred dollars less than the dealership. And at 152,000 miles it was so nice to find out there are no issues with my transmission. “I have been looking for a good, transparent, and reliable mechanic for years now! Having just got my husband a new car the search became more urgent, since we got a warrantyless old car over 100k miles. After being ghosted but some and having others do a horrible job we finally found Tom's! I thought it was a tire shop like Les Schwab at first but it is a full service auto repair place! We got an appointment very fast, literally two days out which in my search was unheard of. They worked with our schedule, fixed up all our problems by the end of the day, were very thorough and gave us a lengthy report of all the things they did even with pictures. They also included a list of what needs done or looked at from least to most urgent. I have no critiques just so much praise! They went above and beyond at every opportunity to do so. I will never take my cars anywhere else from now on”
